They gave me a hard time and I waited about 2 hours for my food and there was no big lines, the workers are rude and they forgot my food and gave me uncooked food.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s in Floresville. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, and they lost my order twice. I ended up waiting over an hour, and by the time they attempted the third order, it still wasn’t ready. I finally had to request a refund.

The manager seemed completely out of it, and the staff didn’t seem to know what to do. The whole situation was so disorganized it honestly made me feel like I should go inside and cook the food myself. This was one of the worst-managed McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Hoping they seriously improve their management and curbside process.

Really busy seems like the locals hang out there a lot. High school chill spot I guess. But it's a nice spot.
The food was great also and there wasn't much of a wait despite it being busy. 8 out of 10 only cause the drive thru line was packe... not McDonald's faults tho... they really was getting orders done. Ppl just kept coming!!! Lmao

I usually have a smooth experience at this McDonald’s, but this past week was the complete opposite. We placed our order through the mobile app like we always do, went through the drive-thru, gave our code, and then ended up waiting about 15 minutes just to reach the window. When we finally got there, the young lady handed us the wrong order and seemed unsure of what was going on. Once I told her what we actually ordered, she said they didn’t have fries ready and asked us to pull into a designated spot so they could bring the food out.

We waited another 20 minutes with no update. I eventually got down and went inside. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Alma came over. She showed no empathy, looked frustrated, and offered no apology. When I asked why our order was taking so long, her response was, “It’s not my fault, I just got here.”

What made it worse was seeing orders being delivered to other drive-thru and curbside customers while our order — which had been sitting on the counter the whole time — was never brought out.

This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The lack of communication and the unprofessional response from the manager made it even more frustrating. Customer service matters, and situations like this need to be handled with accountability and care.

Best drive thru experience! Quick, accurate and friendly. Fresh free cookie at first window but 2nd window made our Sunday morning. Empolyee used our name, some light hearted joking and she had a big smile the whole time. Eating out should be a pleasant experience. This is how it should be. Thank you ☆☆☆☆☆

We just got home and realized our order was completely wrong. I don’t expect high end food or service, but I do expect my order to be what I paid for. On top of the order being completely wrong, the food took awhile. Don’t make the mistake I did, make sure to check the bag before you pull off!

This location messes up 2 out of 4 'online' orders.
This is McDonalds and I don't expect high end food.
I DO expect what I order to be in the bag when I drive away. We live about 20 min away from town and order online, have it brought to the car, and drive home to eat.
On average, every other order we get is missing something or something isn't completed the way it was ordered. E.g. no pickle...
I have driven back once to let the manager on duty know that there has to be some kind of training process that's messed up for it to happen as often as it does. It hasn't gotten any better.
Get a refund you say? Well to do that, we've been told, they have to refund the entire order and then recharge us for the stuff we got that was correct.
We can give you an in-store 'tab', but you have to come in and sit down to eat. Well, that doesn't really work for us. We live too far out for us to 'have a treat dinner at McDonalds.' If I'm coming to town to go inside and eat, it will be someplace that will bring us our food and refill our drinks.
I don't know how this location keeps in business.
I've waited 20 min for a burger, nuggets, and fries pack. When I walked in to figure out where my order was, I was told 'It wasn't on the screen.' when I gave them the name, I was told that 'I'd have to wait for it to be remade. Because it must have been cleared off the board by mistake.'
If you have 'great service every time you visit this location', I'm happy for you. We get the crap service ones you miss. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
