Damn I should’ve read the reviews before I came here…. Not really filled with options in Floresville but I LOVE McDonald’s, probably never come back to this location.
I got there at 10:56 am on 12/14 and she said “ you can’t order breakfast yet til 11.”
She wouldn’t even let me order. She said “no you can’t order lunch right now,” I said “it’s five minutes can I just order and wait?” And she said much more stern and louder “no! You can’t right now blah blah….” She was very rude and when she answered the order box she was LAUGHING. No “sorry”, no alternatives like “yes go ahead and wait…” just “NO.”
Super unprofessional. That woman working the drive thru should be reprimanded.
Would’ve been ZERO STARS if I had that option. She was rude, and didn’t seem to care at all.

Got a breakfast sandwich. It was ice cold.. the cheese was even cold.. service matched the sandwich.. there is no way they put it in the bag and thought it was good.. I was in a rush and didn't realize it until I was up the road.. waste of time and money.. I am just happy I didn't get sick!

No, ketchup, no straws, trash cans are overfilled can’t even throw trash. Dry spilled drinks all over the floor. Smh short staffed and very messy.

Terrible customer service. I ordered for curbside pick up and wait 20 minutes before I went inside. They change the system to say my food was delivered at the 10 minute mark. I waited to see if someone was bringing it out and they never did. I go inside and am immediately told they are waiting on the bagel I asked if it really takes 20 minutes to make a bagel and was told yes.

This location in Floresville,Is ABSOLUTE TRASH.... I order a frozen coke the girl at the Mic was Rude! Then I'm like the 6th car in line.... So by the time i get to the 2nd window, FROZEN COKE IS NOW Half melted and that girl was Confused where my order was all the while sitting right in her face ...🤦♀️

I ordered my frappe with extra caramel, and they barely put some in it. Ordered happy meal too and the toy wasn’t what I asked for. They didn’t put napkins or straws neither. This isn’t the first time my order came differently from what I ordered
