Tried the sausage egg and cheese bagel and was very disappointed. It just didn't have the flavor of a biscuit egg and cheese mostly because of the bagel itself. It was very hard and tasteless even the sausage didn't taste the same. I took the top part off the bagel so I could eat it and because of the things I mentioned, I will stick to the biscuit sandwiches.

Waited at least 15 min for the food. When I got it, it was cold and stale. Fries have zero salt. And this isn't the 1st time food has been this bad here. No more for us. I'm tired of it

I have very high expectations since I have been to the Southcross location and they have been very consistent. Went to this place and the order was less than 50% correct. Ordered a 20pc nugget, Large home style burger combo and medium home style burger combo, large fries and large coke. They didn't add the large fries, regular coke was diet and the medium combo had small fries. I don't know what they are doing at this location but it's a newer place they need to really get it together. I will be back though. Might have been an off day.

Didn’t get my whole order this evening, not ragging on anyone. I’d just like someone to double check food. I spent $20 on 2 10 piece nuggets and got neither in my order.

Everything we ordered was wrong. Burger was made the exact opposite as ordered.... no sauce for the nuggets.... didn't even put napkins in the bag. Worst McDonald's I've been to.

The staff was basically non existent. I was very disappointed with how long I stood at the register and waited just to place my order. Several times an employee would walk up to the register area just to walk away without even as much as acknowledging my existence. There was a long line in the drive thru however there were more than enough employees to fulfill the orders in a timely manner as well as help new customers. They also have these kiosks in the register area where you can place your own order and pay by card I guess. I personally didn't want to place my order that way as I had cash for payment, yet a woman came in and placed her order for 3 meal's via one of those kiosks and after paying she was immediately acknowledged by an employee whom she asked to provide her with her 3 drink cups and before she got done filling her drinks her food was ready and her number was called. All this happened and I still had not had my order taken. I stood in line for 9 minutes before my order was ever taken. I feel that was totally unacceptable. There was a girl that was waiting on a door dash order that was in there when I walked in and was still waiting for that order as I left with my food after 17 minutes. I won't be back to that location. On top of it all the fries were horrible and two of my cheese burgers had no cheese. Since I don't live in Floresville (was just passing through) I didn't turn around to go back and get better and correct food. Overall I was extremely disappointed about the entire experience. I don't recommend this location at all.Parking: When the drive thru gets really full getting in and out of parking is hard to do. Only good part is the overflow parking but it's all the way behind the drive thru and very far from the doors not to mention one has to walk through the drive thru traffic to get to the doors if you park way back there. It's a bad location overall.

This is a really clean and friendly place to have breakfast lunch or dinner....with friends and family alike. There is the traditional children's part of the dining experience with digital play tables. Bathrooms are clean and working. Most noteworthy, though, is the ability to charge your almost depleted battery on your device. THEY KEPT THE PLUGS FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!! A modern-day experience in our modern time. Best McDonalds yet.

We came in after waiting through drive thru for about 20 minutes and Virginia came to us with an attitude from the jump being so rude acting like we were a bother..I know how hard it can be working with customers or in the food industry since I'm a server, but if you can't handle it QUIT YOUR JOB!!

My family and i eat here quite often, but thats about to change,and heres why. We came in the tonight 1/13/24 at approximately 5 pm. We had placed a mobil order as usual. The restaurant was not busy, 2 cars in the drive thru and a couple people inside. We got to the window to pick up our food and i literally counted 3 employees sticking their hands in the bag and moving food around to see if everything was there... 3 people touching my food that i witnessed.. The boy at the window( blond hair boy with an attitude) finally hands me part of my order thinking that was all. When he opened the window to see what else i wanted, i showed him the receipt for the rest of the food. He grabs another bag and says as he opens the window" i cant stand these people ". This boy needs to be trained on customer service. We check our food and the fries are stone cold,so i take them back in and ask for fresh fries. They just gave me fries from the same old batch that was premade for a rush hr that never started. I Unfortunately spend alot of money at this store, but that is going to change. Your restaurant needs leaders, not people who could care less about the business and customer service.
