1st time at P&M, was passing through the town and looked up restaurants near me. P&M was several spots down from the top of the list but I still decided to try it. Very tasty! I ordered the Lengua Ranchera breakfast plate, very very good! I also ordered a Tripa Taco, it came out a little too crispy for my liking but over all, the flavor was great! The tortillas were freshly made and were perfect! Its a small place that doesn't have too much parking but was worth it. There's about 15 tables inside, all 4 seaters with one 6 seat table. Staff was very nice and attentive! Passing through town from an appointment to the driver license place in Karnes City on my way back home to San Antonio. By the way, made contact with 4 citizens of Karnes City, only one volunteered to say good morning and the other three definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed. That's why I decided to pass up breakfast in Karnes City and get out of there. Glad I stop in Floresville!

A little noise, food is hot, food is made fresh. Friendly staff but under staff. I do recommend the combo taco for breakfast.

OMG this restaurant is so GOOD!!!! It’s a small but cozy place nothing fancy but very clean. I’m here to let you know it has the best food by far of any restaurant in Floresville. Their tripa tacos are delicious , Puffy tacos fantastic I can go on and on… because everything I’ve had there has been good. I love to cook and I do, but when I give myself a break this is where I go. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming that just adds to the reason why I love going there.

Just like family, good ole food in small town Floresville.
Restrooms need to be updated and cleaned more often, reason for 4 stars.

I ordered the country fried steak plate. I was extremely surprised at how good it was and how tender it was as well. We encountered two problems for people with disabilities. Number one was the entrance, the way the concrete ramp is shaped makes it very difficult to push someone in a wheelchair into the restaurant. The other issue is the hallway to the bathroom and the bathroom itself. Very narrow hallway. The bathroom is extremely small, a wheelchair doesn't fit. Lastly, the toilet itself is low to the ground which makes it difficult for a disabled person to sit down or get up from it.

I always come here with my grandma and have never really had an issue, but today our tacos came out cold, and when I took them back to the waitress to tell her—she started to argue about how they had been just made and how it was the cheese that had made them cold? I told her even if they had just put them out, all three tacos were cold, and we just wanted warm food. They microwaved the tacos to make them hot, but the tortillas had gotten hard.It just really left a sour taste in my mouth; it would have been nice if they had just owned up to the food being cold instead of making excuses about cheese and the chile making the food cold.

Sad to say but we didn't have a great experience on our first visit. Service was slow and the wait for our food was unreasonable. Bacon was hard and overcooked. Carne Asada was requested but we received Carne Guisada. Tater tots tasted either old or freezer burnt. Water tastes unfiltered and we felt like we weren't welcome and the overall atmosphere was uninviting .

Everything was just not good! The hashbrowns were more like potato chips, overeasy eggs were undercooked.
