You guys would do a lot better if you got rid of the rude server Kayla Thompson. Horrible attitude and basically throws your pizza out the window. She drives business away with the horrible reputation she brings to the place. She had the exact same attitude when she worked at golden chick and sonic and now they’re thriving without her. Please replace your rude employees. I’m not the only one with these complaints

I did enjoy my pepperoni pizza. Love the crunch on the crust for a pan. Hadn't seen that in a little while. Husband was like he didn't care for it too much. My pizza was ready when I got there. The place did look pretty desolate though

Pizza Hut is normally my favorite, but two nights ago, I placed an order online. My daughter went to pick it up and waited for an hour, only to leave without the pizza. The worker said she didn’t receive the order even though we had confirmation. She was very rude and acted like she didn’t care and had no urgency to fill the order.

I took 15 minutes for them to come to the table and no body was there, and 10 minutes for our drinks, they worry about the pickup food, so the suck, it was dirty inside and the bathroom was very dirty,will not be back

this place is a joke. Sat in the drive thru waiting for my order for over an hour!!! order was over an hour and a half late, so I left. If I would have stayed I bet it would heb been 2 hours. employees didn’t provide any updates, and I saw them repeatedly answer the phone just to hang up so it would stop ringing. Terrible. Just terrible. We will be requesting a refund.

Ordered the hut box through uber eats as a full melt
Only received a half melt. Called Pizza Hut and told them I didn’t receive my full melt and the person on the phone was very rude and said they weren’t going to do anything about it since it was placed with uber.
Very rude staff and unprofessional.
Please avoid this location. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
