Very rude employees here, even manager rude. I just asked a basic question and their responses were rude. The manager Morgan was unhelpful, the employees must be following her bad leadership style. They should all work in a non customer service job frankly. They def are not your typical Starbucks employees who are normally friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Starbucks. This specific store is in Floresville. The store is fairly new. I do love the fact that you don't have to wait very long. No waiting to place your order, which leads to receiving your order quickly. I've never received a bad order. All the staff I've interacted with have been polite and professional. This store represents Starbucks very well. Great job!

I had went to the drive thru twice today. I had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and a cake pop. The first ribbon crunch I got was mainly whip cream and ice possibly a little bit of coffee. I had paid $10 dollars and added a $2 tip so $12 total. I was upset I threw my drink away. I went back to order a smaller one, I didn’t yell I wasn’t rude I just wanted what I had ordered. Paid $6 dollars for the second one. It looked correct but I found some darker sprinkles on top maybe cinnimon dust or spice added on but it wasn’t what I had ordered. I’m just upset because I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. I’m guessing at this location based on tips you get crappy service. Won’t be ordering for myself again.

Girl at drive through had a tattoo of a black guy hanging we lost a loved one to suicide by hanging and that's wildly inappropriate to have as the only person your going to see at the Starbucks vary unacceptable!

They are always so rude to me and I am a rewards member, and regular. I always chose yall over the one by my job in san antonio but not anymore. 1 yall are poor on the making of these coffees, my latte taste so much better from San Antonio. 2 gettin mad at me for not knowing I placed the order for Drive Thru when the app picks that part for me I dont click nothin but "Order here" is unacceptable. As a GM that lady would be replaced asap! Poor service and my latte taste like butt!

We had a really bad experience with Star Buck's in floresville tx.we usually have had a really good visit but on August 29,2024 time was 5:46 pm went through drive thru the man in driver thru put his hand on top of my drink,it was melted we ordered Oreo cook crumble coffee,the egg bites had a hair on them,we had to order the drink three different time's the lady kept making it melty ,then we had a costumer saying something to us too my business with the employees wasn't the costumers business at all again we usually have a good visit at the Star Buck's in floresville tx but on this day it was not, they wouldn't even give us their name's to let you know who the bad worker's were...

Never again. Placed a mobile order for 2 drinks, estimated pick up was 8:30am. Arrived a little past pick up time and walked into quite a few people waiting ahead of me. 8:45 still no drinks. Asked and was told they would start on my order. 8:50am , and only 1 drink made. Told them to scratch the second drink cause I couldn't wait another 25 minutes. 90% of the drinks the three staff were making all went to the drive thru. This is not the first time this has happened, but it was definitely the last time for me. 30 minutes of time and $9.45 wasted. If you can't handle making more than two drinks at a time, then remove this location from the Starbucks app and stop wasting people's time and money!!

I had to use the WiFi because my cell service was really bad in this area. Wifi was really fast and the area was clean.

Our cashier COLBY was so nice and amazing. It’s nice to drive through and be greeted with a smile, sometimes that can be that one thing that makes someone’s day. Thank again Colby for making our day by simply being nice. 10/10 service and food ⭐️
