I'm starting a new job today and I had to hang out for a few hours until it was time for me to start, I ordered 3 or 4 drinks total and they were all delicious and the employees were so nice. I was also surprised how clean the store is and how quickly all my drinks came out. This location be my go to from now on!

Nice and quiet inside, but very busy due to the drive-thru!! These folks were non-stop busy! I love a vent vanilla latte (4 pumps instead of 5) made with oat milk…YUMM!!!

Why do I feel obligated to leave a tip when a barista points a credit card machine in my face and looks away, just so they don’t spit in my drink next time I come by. Can we please stop with the tips or else at least come by my job and kindly leave a tip pls

Drinks are never consistent. And taste terrible and along with unfriendly service. I would rather drive to the Starbucks in San Antonio before going to this one.

Very rude employees here, even manager rude. I just asked a basic question and their responses were rude. The manager Morgan was unhelpful, the employees must be following her bad leadership style. They should all work in a non customer service job frankly. They def are not your typical Starbucks employees who are normally friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Starbucks. This specific store is in Floresville. The store is fairly new. I do love the fact that you don't have to wait very long. No waiting to place your order, which leads to receiving your order quickly. I've never received a bad order. All the staff I've interacted with have been polite and professional. This store represents Starbucks very well. Great job!

I had went to the drive thru twice today. I had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and a cake pop. The first ribbon crunch I got was mainly whip cream and ice possibly a little bit of coffee. I had paid $10 dollars and added a $2 tip so $12 total. I was upset I threw my drink away. I went back to order a smaller one, I didn’t yell I wasn’t rude I just wanted what I had ordered. Paid $6 dollars for the second one. It looked correct but I found some darker sprinkles on top maybe cinnimon dust or spice added on but it wasn’t what I had ordered. I’m just upset because I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. I’m guessing at this location based on tips you get crappy service. Won’t be ordering for myself again.
