The food prep area where they make your sandwiches with dirty the glass in front of the food had stuff running all down it looked gross when I first walked in there was two young girls customers and the two young men workers was too busy talking with her to even be concerned that I'm standing there waiting to place my order was very dissatisfied with that place

Not sure if the gentleman working is manager or not but I don't think your supposes to wear your gloves while working register then continue to wear the same ones while making sandwiches. That defeats the purpose of using them while making sandwiches.

Very rude young lady with the nose piercings. Will not go again with her there! The young man did nothing wrong and seemed polite, but it seemed like he was being trained by the girl who knew nothing about proper customer service. We walked out before we could say something we would regret :( 0/10

This place is great it has always had great customer service and they are pretty fast to get your food done, it’s smells delicious when you walk in the food is always great and so are the people! Will definitely return! I recommend the Italian BMT. It’s my favorite and the chocolate chip cookies yummmmm

Went last night about 6 or 7 the male worker had problems with every customer, then yelled for the blonde girl to come help. Long story short. The blonde girl handled the rush by herself. The male worker didn't help he proceeded to sit in lobby on his phone. Then leaves , comes back with Whataburger and sat down and continues to play on phone and now is eating . All while , the pretty blonde is, the hard worker , not a quiter. She got things done and served us with a smile. All while her help was eating and playing still ,on his phone. Please give her a raise. I tipped her and hope she doesn't have to share it with the male.
And she even told us olives were back . This lady was patient and went the extra mile to help all her customers. Thanks blonde girl with blue eyes . Visited June 24 2024 hours between 6&7

Sandwiches are great staff is friendly
Ordered a Roast Beef wrap was charged 10.29 had spinach cucumbers, onions, cheese, honey mustered. Also got 2 footlong on there bread for 12.99. With the works on them and cheese. Won't go back with the price different even if they charged $12 a pice . Could see if they put more meat or at less what they put on there bread. Will go else where

Young girl with glasses working there mistake on my order i only ordered 2 sandwiches try to sell me another one i said thats not mine she tells the guy in front of other customers that is what she ordered i responded i did not customer service was unacceptable pay attention to what people are ordering not just guess SPEAKING LOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE...she needs to see videos how to treat customers remember you depend on people like us that are purchasing.....

Asked for Mayo to be put on my sandwich and they said they were out...I really feel they lied and were just lazy.
Nothing against the crew that handled our order, they did great and I have nothing bad to say about them... BUT.... My order was initiated through the app, as a pickup. I placed the order around 3 pm with a set pickup time of 730 pm. I verified this 3 or 4 times through the app before confirming the order. Apparently the order was made when it came into their system and was put into a waiting bin for 3 HOURS!! Luckily the order was thrown away before I showed up, BUT this should never have happened in the first place. Who wants to eat a sandwich that has been sitting for hours? Specifically in the case of my order which were 3 hot sandwiches? Bad management. AGAIN, I will reiterate, the crew members that prepared my order (fresh), did an awesome job, and I compliment them on how they handled the situation.

The guy tonight refused to give me black olives was rude and said “ don’t you think other customers deserve more black olives?!” I offered to pay for them and he sprinkled two individual olives on the sandwich. He then proceeded to cuss at me using the word “***** wouldn’t let Eric help me. Wouldn’t give his name nor give me corporates number. I will be by tomorrow to speak to the manager . Makes sense why they have such a low rating with arrogant employees like this. The counters were full of food and this guy looked disgusting. And yet I was gonna pay $20 for sandwich with literally two options of vegetables and get treated like that? Honestly I’m glad I didn’t get the sandwich with how dirty the place was. The guy literally was using the same knife with someone else’s left over brown avocado to scrape food off the counter. I’ll be contacting the health department as well.
