Employees need to have better attitude when serving customers. The fact that the employee immediately gave me attitude when I asked for the number 16 and he told me that he doesn’t know what sandwich that is and to immediately tell me to read the menu to him so he can make my sandwich. His words “you know if you tell me the number I’m not gonna know what the sandwich or what’s in it can’t you just tell me what’s in the sandwich” btw didn’t even mention to me that he was new or not. I’m puzzled so I helped him tell him what is in the sandwich instead while he angrily made it. Never going to this location again

We had a wonderful experience at this Subway. We are from out of state and here for our grandson's football jamboree. The store was full with a line because a track team that was there. We decided to stay and wait in line. I have to say the two young gentlemen were doing an amazing job with the crowd. They worked fast and were very courteous to everyone they waited on. I was very impressed with the service and food we received at a very busy and and I'm sure a stressful time. I wish the employees at the subway where I live were as committed as these two young men were. Great job guys!

I wish I could just say thank you and this whole review be understood by those two words alone. Because yesterday I took the family to subway and they were extra busy but thats how you know the food is good, plus they were training a new person. No big deal seeing as everyone starts somewhere. So we wait patiently and got our food, and damn it was every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. During the time we were eating however this doordash lady threw a whole tantrum yelling and cussing. I understand the wait was long but thats no reason to fail at being a decent human being, and to show that kind of behavior infront of children is unacceptable. Now right after the incident and the lady had left, the staff checked on my children and made sure they were alright all while apologizing to us. That was totally unexpected but is greatly appreciated even though they didn't need to apologize for having to deal with someone who doesn't have basic human decency. Thank you!

Tonight while getting our food, we had quite an experience. The staff were very busy, yet remained attentive and working at a steady and reasonable pace even with a brand new employee. A food delivery person displayed some absolutely unacceptable behavior towards the employees. They asked her a standard, simple question which she refused to answer and then went off on the employee. Being LOUD and swearing (multiple times in front of children too) and being generally uncooperative and hostile. The staff handled the situation wonderfully, even checking on the children who witnessed the situation. The staff here is great, especially tonight.

Visited there today around 1pm. I only saw one worker there his name was Alex. It appeared he was on break when I came in. As soon as I came in, he got up, went behind the counter, and cheerfully greeted me. As he prepared my order, we made small talk. He was excited that he was working a double shift. It was nice to see a young person enthusiastic about working. I can tell he is a good employee. I hope management realizes that they have a great employee who enjoys working there. I hope they let him work as many hours as he wants.

We ordered a 5 sandwich platter for a small Super Bowl party. We ordered American cheese and no cheese. We order everything on the sandwiches except jalapeños. We got about half of the vegetables. I guess they hire idiots that can’t read. I will never purchase anything from this subway. A complete ripoff.

The food prep area where they make your sandwiches with dirty the glass in front of the food had stuff running all down it looked gross when I first walked in there was two young girls customers and the two young men workers was too busy talking with her to even be concerned that I'm standing there waiting to place my order was very dissatisfied with that place

Not sure if the gentleman working is manager or not but I don't think your supposes to wear your gloves while working register then continue to wear the same ones while making sandwiches. That defeats the purpose of using them while making sandwiches.

This place is great it has always had great customer service and they are pretty fast to get your food done, it’s smells delicious when you walk in the food is always great and so are the people! Will definitely return! I recommend the Italian BMT. It’s my favorite and the chocolate chip cookies yummmmm
