Dont let the rustic look on the outside of the restaurant fool you. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Floresville/La Vernia area! I tend to order the Alambres Plate and a Torta. Fresh tortillas, sauces, sweet teas and Mexican drinks made in house.I would buy more and save for left overs at home, as they last a couple of days in the fridge. And even tasted as good the day it was made. If you can microwave your left overs and taste as good, I am definitely coming back!Parking: 2 spots, but plenty of seating inside.

If you are looking for similar to Pollos Asados Los Nortenos this is not it. Green sauce is not as good and chicken was just ok. Rice and beans where not great. Overall it was ok, but I will make the drive to Pollos Asados Los Nortenos next time.

Typical roast chicken food. Better than La Vernia's Roasted Chickens. I really liked the chicken, and the creamy green sauce. The girl who was charging didn't seem to like being there. He did not respond with a good attitude. But other than that, very good service by the lady and gentleman there.
