truly awful every single time. don't waste your time or money. don't order curbside they will literally just forget your food and let it get cold and gross and make no effort to make it right. Don't go through their drive through either. 0/5

Its whataburger.. once a whataburger always a whataburger
After arriving home, found that 2 of the 5 things we ordered were correct. When I called, I was put on hold for 18 minutes for them to tell me they reviewed video and said my order was correct, basically calling me a liar. Receipt was correct, order was dead wrong. Bobby would not do a damn thing to help. This site needs some looking into.
They left outa whole meal then I went back and they tried to just give me a burger without any fries or anything. Not impressed my first time back in a few years and still haven't gotten it together apparently!!!

Just left the restaurant in the drive thru, I asked for my order to be made fresh. I waited 20mins for my order thinking it was being made fresh. I live 2 mins away, I got home and my two chicken strip meals were cold, no warmth to the food at all, I lied..only the gravy was watery and warm.
