This place is horrible to get ice cream at. There are roaches and it seems super unhygienic.

I had my mouth all set for an ice cream cone. Soon as I was paying for it, a big roach came crawling right past my foot. I was so disgusted. They had all that stuff sitting out in the back while they were prepping cakes and everything. I was so grossed out I threw my ice cream cone right in the trash. Y’all definitely owe me for that waffle cone, because that was just nasty. I won’t be going back.

I went to get ice cream and i met chloe kim and she was a really good, nice, and diligent worker. I definitely think she should get promoted, because she was one of the best service people I have ever encountered!! ❤️❤️🥰🥰🩷🩷

The man working was nice but it seemed no one knew how to make anything correctly

New owner is going to run this place into the ground, and quickly. The past two times we have been in, they have been out of my favorite ice cream. The young girl working said (both times) that they were expecting more tomorrow and this was one of their best selling flavors, so she’s not sure why they don’t order enough. It’s also incredibly unsafe in my opinion, to have teenage girls working alone at night. There are tacky handwritten signs taped on the door now with odd hours. Seating is no longer available inside. And I squashed a roach on the floor when we were there on Monday night.

I have never seen an ice cream shop that is always out of ice cream cones. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times in the past year, and only twice have I actually been able to get a cone. When you ask about it, the staff never has a real answer. They just make something up.

Honestly, it’s a waste of gas and time to keep walking in expecting a waffle cone, only to hear the same excuse every time. It’s ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a cake for a birthday. the cake was the wrong color, and flavor of cake. the facility was completely disgusting. napkins all over the floor. old ice cream, cake and icing left on the counter. employees were also scooping ice cream with bare hands. I was only offered a partial. will not be back.

Do not recommend this location. We ordered a cookies and cream cake online for my son’s birthday and prepaid. The store called same day to advise they did not have the flavor in stock, so we agreed to cancel the order.

Unfortunately the store never refunded the payment despite numerous calls to the store. The last time I called in, the associate said only the owner could help me and would call, but still haven’t heard from them. We are disputing with the credit card company now, as no one from the store will help. Very poor customer service and out $43. We will not be back.

2 employees extremely bad service. Girl making cake in the back. And guy bravo lazy moving here and there and talking with his colleague girl in the back instead of helping customers. It’s not for the first time but with this we had not a good experience seems very rude .

All flavors were not available as there fridge was broke. Upon asking the guy responded very rudely. Not going ever back to this baskin robin.

2nd time in a row they had no sugar cones, on a Saturday no less. Coming from Old Town, thank goodness they had Nutty Coconut! Unfortunately, the floors and the legs of the tables were disgustingly dirty along with dead insects on the floor. The young servers were very nice and polite. Management needs to pay closer attention!

The ice cream is prepared to such a high level! The employees here are also very kind and patient.

The clerk, Noah, was very kind and knowledgable about the flavours.
