“This was an unexpected stay after a missed airline connection. We arrived around 2am and checked into a very nice room. We haven’t stayed in a Courtyard as new as this— really nice! We had no luggage and were provided with all we needed, toothpaste/toothbrush, razor/shave cream, comb, brush, hairspray. The beds were comfy for our very brief stay. Towels were fluffy, bathroom very sleek, modern. Taxi called for us when we needed it. These weary travelers are very appreciative!“

“My wife and I took our best friends to Chez Fabien in Grapevine to celebrate a birthday. Hudson greeted us at the door and courteously escorted us to our booth. Our server, Eric, was courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The ambience was lovely old European cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious -- highly recommend the Truffle Parmesan Fries, the Short Ribs Beef Bourguignon, and the Fire & Ice cocktail (if you like spicy!). The birthday surprise was a scrumptious chocolate dessert ... believe it was the Bread Pudding: dark chocolate ganache, with creme brulee filling, and whipped cream -- Yum! -- with an inserted fiery Roman candle-like sparkler lighting up the table! Between the small venue, the lively din of conversation in the room -- on a Thursday night, yet! -- and the live singer/guitarist, it was a bit difficult to hear at the table, but that's small potatoes for everything else being so superb! We highly recommend Chez Fabien!“
