Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Waited in line for about 10 minutes with 6 people in front of me, nobody was even able to order. There was two door dash people waiting on their orders aswell ( I assume it was a big order, but one of the door dash people was complaining about something to do with the order) Two guys walked out, and I ended up doing the same after a bit longer. There was only two people working! Getting throttled by take out orders needs to be addressed. And seems like more employees are needed. Jersey mikes has simple sandwiches and don’t have to cook but usually has at least 6 people working. Hopefully they get this taken care of, the sandwiches look excellent but I wouldn’t know.

Are you kidding me??? I am CONVINCED these reviews are done by family and friends. The first time we ate here all employees were deafeningly quiet when we walked in No “welcome in” just starring at us, very weird atmosphere and unwelcoming. It’s absolutely silent in there nobody else was inside and no employees spoke a single word to us. Just nodded at what we ordered. THATS IT.
We go back again today, thinking well food was alright maybe that was a bad day for them, few weeks later thinking hopefully they have a better staff now. We walk in SAME GIRLS, the lady with long lashes. Long nails. I’m sorry is just plain RUDE, again no welcoming us in, and while we are ordering she’s literally scrolling tik tok…. I WISH I was joking.
While making our food she’s constantly picking up her phone with the same gloves on.. whats the point in wearing them if ur gonna be disgusting anyway?
Ice machine not working but you can scoop out ur ice with a communal cup in a bucket of ice… YUCK!

Again deafeningly silent. No chatter. No music. And we are the ONLY ones in there… surprise right? lol
Felt extremely unwelcomed and that we were an inconvenience to their afternoon. Won’t be coming back.

Slowest sub shop I’ve ever been into. Came in at 730 (they close at 8) and was the only customer. There were two people working and the lady made me wait while she refilled sauces. 5 mins later they take my order and then another 5 mins to make a sub.

Can I tell y’all about the experience we had at this location? James and Sharon made it so special from start to finish. We got the Bobby, and it was so good. I’ve had it before, but this location put extra care and detail into the sandwich like never before. I’m honestly just grateful for this spot and the people who made it great. This is the only Capriotti’s for me.

The Bobbie w pulled Turkey and stuffing cranberries is my favorite. Turkey is always so amazing not processed. James really was amazing and made my delivery. Thanks James

This is the second time my order is made incorrectly. About three weeks ago I ordered a chicken chipotle crunch and I was given a chicken cheesesteak instead. I asked for and was promised a refund but it never arrived. I decided it was a one off and I’d try again today. Same issue! There’s no sweet and spicy peppers, no crunchy onions, and no chipotle sauce. Just a boring chicken sandwich. On top of that I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time when I was the only one in the store!! This place used to be good. I’m so disappointed.

Ordered on DoorDash. Flavor was good but were no mushrooms or cheese on my sandwich. (Posted pic in google) Very disappointing since I paid almost $50 with tip.

The customer service was excellent. We also observed engaged conversations with other customers. The food was delicious and cooked to order. We were shocked with how delicious the fries were.

OMG! if you want a Great place to eat this is it! I ordered a large sub from them expecting like most other sandwich shops it will be a foot long that was somewhat big. I also ordered extra meet and cheese for this reason. I like ot eat a lot, though not as much as you might think given my size however what i got blew me away! I expected a single foot long, i got TWO! and they were PACKED! i also ordered the loaded fries and i am telling you i could not finish the fires and a single sandwich. I had to put the other half and what i could not eat in the fridge for later. Also let me tell you the taste was amazing! I have had sandwiches from places like subway, jersey mikes and others and let me tell you they don't even come close to this. If you want a really great sandwich get Capriotti's! Its expensive to do what i did but WELL worth it!

Aidan treated me like family. The sandwich was made with love. He greets me everytime I come in and shows his passion for sandwich making in his work. A real michaelangelo of his craft. My experience was captastic!
