The owner, Miki, was so polite and professional. She assured me that the food would be delicious and that we would have more than enough! She did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations! Her staff was on time and are the absolute BEST! THANK YOU CARNIVAL CATERING for the best graduation party!!!!! We will use you again for sure!!!!!!!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We reached out to the vendor first to confirm details, and 15 hours before the event started they canceled on us with no effort to offer a solution or alternative. This left us scrambling to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend for any event where dependability matters.

Carnival Catering is absolutely WONDERFUL! They catered our triplets’ 1st birthday party & it was better than I could have ever imagined. Miki is an ANGEL. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - including getting special plates to match our party color scheme & ensuring we could have Mickey waffles to match our Disneyland party theme. Her communication was great and she was always so easy to get a hold of. The staff on site was so kind and made sure all of the food was plentiful and fresh. Miki and Carnival Catering made everything simple and stress free, which is so important when you’re party planning. I’m SO glad I chose to use them and would do it 100x over! Thanks for everything :)

Completely stood us up for a huge festival event. No call. No trying to help us, wouldn’t answer the phone after calling over and over wondering where they were. The biggest disaster ever. Our event was left with zero food or drink- it was terrible. Do NOT recommend.
