What really stood out was how above and beyond they went—when we realized we were short on forks for the cake, they didn’t hesitate to make a last-minute run to grab some. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service made the day so much smoother. I couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience, and I highly recommend them!

We reached out to the vendor first to confirm details, and 15 hours before the event started they canceled on us with no effort to offer a solution or alternative. This left us scrambling to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend for any event where dependability matters.

Carnival Catering is absolutely WONDERFUL! They catered our triplets’ 1st birthday party & it was better than I could have ever imagined. Miki is an ANGEL. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - including getting special plates to match our party color scheme & ensuring we could have Mickey waffles to match our Disneyland party theme. Her communication was great and she was always so easy to get a hold of. The staff on site was so kind and made sure all of the food was plentiful and fresh. Miki and Carnival Catering made everything simple and stress free, which is so important when you’re party planning. I’m SO glad I chose to use them and would do it 100x over!
