This is the best Chick-fil-A in the area! We go to all the Chick-fil-A’s in the area and the Long Prairie FLO MO is hands-down the best one ! Everything is always cooked perfectly and never overdone. Everyone is always friendly and everything is executed perfectly! They must have some fantastic management going on!

The service is great. Great employees. Most of the food is up to par. But the FRIES! They are always chewy, or a little stale. They never taste fresh. They never have enough salt. Maybe the fryer is not hot enough? I am comparing the quality of these fries to other Chick-fil-A locations like Lewisville and Southlake. Their fries taste crispy and fresh and salty.
This has been a problem for a long while now. Happens on different days at different times. I hope you can fix it. I have spent thousands at your restaurant, but will likely use other locations from now on.
Alvin has excellent service. It's genuine and so very sweet. Love the service. I don't go without making sure this type of service is recognized.

Isaiah had used vulgar language at me while in the drive thru he could not take my order well and I was trying to get a kids meal for my nephew and he than proceeded to use terrible profanity Not a family friendly environment
