Rude and unfriendly. Not what you’d expect from a chick Fil a. These are not the “my pleasure” attitude one would expect. Terrible. Disappointing. Not run like most chick Fil a restaurants. Asked for a manager because of how rude the employee was and got no response from the employee - just an attitude. The manager could not have cared less about the employee rudeness.

This is one of the best restaurants I've gone to and I love coming to this location because not only is it on my way home from work, but the Customer service is absolutely fantastic and so is the food.
This location has been well redesigned and I love how they were able to keep the original building and modify it like their newer locations.
I hope they can open more locations across the United States, especially in Texas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nevada, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Kentucky. When they do, I hope they won't demolish any of the existing Washguys Car Wash sites or any full-service car washes that could become good WashGuys locations. (Please see the list of potential WashGuys sites on Google Maps in the description of my latest YouTube video about WashGuys in Denton.) I know I shouldn't be saying this, but I feel it's important because I love WashGuys Car Wash. There are several full-service car washes in the areas where they plan to open new locations that could become WashGuys sites. Some of these have been demolished to make way for other businesses like convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, or anything that isn't a car wash. I hope the ones I believe could turn into good WashGuys locations will remain intact and not be demolished for non-car wash developments. I don't want that to happen to any existing WashGuys sites or potential full-service car wash sites. I realize this isn't directly related to my rating of Chick-fil-A, but I just wanted to share my thoughts about future locations. Nonetheless, I still believe Chick-fil-A is worth visiting regardless.

Its Chic fila. This is tge slowest Chic Fila you will ever go to. They remolded to add 2 lanes to the drive through and dont use it. I spent 30 minutes in the line and I had a mobile order. Yet they insist on only using 1 lane. Great food if you have 30 minutes to waste in line.

The Flower Mound location has focused all of their business on the drive thru costumers. Their inside service, cleanliness and atmosphere is suffering in a big way for it. We felt bad for the overwhelmed employees. It took 15 minutes to get acknowledged at the counter let alone place an order. And that was with one customer in front of us. Tables were all dirty. Every trash can in this place was overflowing and then some. Spilled food (lots of it) under and around the tables and walkways It prob took 45 min to get our food after standing in line behind the one customer in front of us. The employees were doing the best they could given inadequate staffing. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this either and had chalked it up to “having a bad day”. More than a coincidence at this point. Sharing to hopefully help the employees provide the level of service they signed up for.

Fries and sandwiches are cold and they forgot the avocado lime for my wrap. It's an $11 wrap, you should probably get it right.
Absolutely can't go wrong. Chick-fil-A has nailed it in every category. I'm so happy to see that expansion has made no difference in service or food. I recall, years ago, when the 1st Chick-fil-A opened near me. Overnight camping???? FOR CHICKEN? Still can't grasp that except for the young . Now I understand what the 'hoop-la' was all about!

Went through the drive thru very quickly. Ordered Cobb salad, nuggets and Sandwich combo with Mac n cheese. Everything was fresh hot amd delicious. Every employee was very pleasant and friendly!
