The gentleman who handed me my food at curbside pickup was so polite! Even asked me how I was doing and thanked me for visiting today. My food was hot and fresh. He looked like a manager but if he isn’t he needs a promotion! More employees need to be like that! I will be going back to this location because of his stellar customer interaction.

Came here on a Friday night. Worker was rude and had the absolute worst attitude. I love ChickFilA for their customer service but this team member should not working here. He made us feel rushed, unwelcomed, and uncomfortable. When we arrived at the window to receive our food he looked at us bad as if we were bothering him. I wish there was a manager listening to the drive-thru to help. Name badge only said “ T”.

They over charged me and didnt give me the right refund amount. Now i have to drive back to get it corrected. Most times they even get my order wrong, this last time was no exception and happened again.

It's your typical Chick-Fil-A franchise. The food quality is high and delivery is consistent like every restaurant. Staff is really efficient, kind and helpful as we've come to expect. The only reason for the overall rating is the high amount of traffic this store gets. I get it, nearly every location has long lines for all the reasons mentioned above, but this particular location and parking lot it's in is rough, especially if you're in a large vehicle.

I had an order for breakfast and was charged and was I was trying to pull up to the restaurant to say I am here, I didn't realize it passed 1030 And my order had breakfast items on it. Apparently right at 10:30. All of the orders that had breakfast items on them disappeared. I had no idea.. The lady in the drive-thru was sweet and said yeah. Go ahead and wait in the curbside and we will come talk to you and figure it out.... 2 mins later she's told me to go through the drive thru instead. Then all they could say is the order was refunded. They couldn't even provide me a receipt to say that I would get refunded. So now I have to wait and see if I get a refund and if not then I have to contact them because they could not find it in their system. Unbelievable. You would think popular chain like this would know how to find orders that just canceled 5 minutes prior. wasted ten minutes for absolutely nothing. Not great customer service and probably not returning to this location.

Ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and got NO CHICKEN. Don’t make me say the lord’s name in vain, but my heavens… Change the name of your establishment to Fil-A if this is the standard of service you believe in Mr. Chris Gabbard…

This location was always the best until it was sold to corporate :(. I have been coming to this location for 4 years as it is close to my job. Before it was always busy customer service was A1 it was inviting and friendly there was music etc .. Now, it's horrible not only did they take away curbside ordering which is inconvenient but I don't mind going inside the store. When you walk in no one greets you there's no music playing it's a ghost town. When I finally got my pickup order the associate argued with me about what sauce was put in the bag even though I watched her, other workers were complaining loudly about the morning shift, my fries were old I've never actually had old fries from Chick-fil-A I didn't know it could happen 😅... My sandwich had a giant fatty part that took up half of the chicken sandwich 🤮. I have been going to another location for awhile now but due to time I decided to swing by.... Never again!!! The only positive thing I have to say is the location looked clean

. Editing review with new management, this location is amazing. I only have one complaint which is no curbside, but they are starting then up again on February 1st super excited, but I will say management is very kind. The atmosphere is extremely inviting, and all team members are very welcoming. The food is consistent fresh and very well made i have visited many times since my previous review and can say that I will continue to visit this location in the future.
