Food and value were superior. They seemed short staffed. Times were slow but our server apologized. The 3 for me deals are elite.

Just went in told waiter what we wanted couldnt get that right then i asked for a new waiter/waitress he went over and started talking to some lady eating waited for about 3 minutes and walked out

Great service and food is always on point!

Deja was absolutely amazing!!! Such a sweetheart who provided some of the best service we've had in a restaurant in years.
The manager on duty this evening was also incredibly kind and helpful as well! We always love Chilis, but this has absolutely become our favorite location!

I stopped by this location with my spouse to have an early lunch and we were seated quickly. The food arrived as ordered, but I wasn't impressed with the meat I ordered. Service was decent. The restroom was clean on this visit.

Service at the bar was terrible. My son and I sat at the bar and was not even greeted by the bar tender. Eventually I walked over to the greeting podium and grabbed 2 menus so we could order food. The bartender eventually took our orders and then continued to wait for our drinks and even longer to order food. In the meantime all she cared about was filling drinks for servers and ignored my draft beer order. My son’s water eventually was slammed down in front of him but I continued to wait for a simple draft beer. Still was not able to order food. As a side note… the menus were sticky and had food grime on all the pages. Also no one was there to greet customers as they walked in. That’s why we went to the bar. This was the wirat service I ever received at this or any chilis.

Don’t go here if you actually want to have a drink. They will only allow you to have 2 drinks then they won’t serve you. TABC is all over this place right now.

Chilis hamburgers use to be my favorite place to get a burger and I love burgers. I had Been a customer of chilis for many years until a few years ago.
I was trying to give them another chance but his burger was the worst. It was cold, meat tasted funny. I had requested NO CHEESE 1/2 of the burger had cheese on it. This was a to go order and I didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant cause I was bringing a family that was sick a meal and I was running late due to an accident. The people that I was bringing food to said their food was good.

I ordered a veggie quesadilla and got cheese quesadilla with no veggies and chopped up lettuce Tomato and sour cream in the center of the dish. Very limited options for vegetarians.
