2 stars for our super sweet server who was attentive but lost 3 stars for serving my boss raw chicken, then the manager came by and literally pulled it apart in front of us, said "oooh I see the confusion this is a VEIN it isn't raw." We are not dumb, we have seen raw chicken. The fact that she didn't immediately just apologize and offer a new chicken strip was just bizarre. She could see that she shouldn't have done that and goes "oh I don't know why I'm doing this in front of you! I'm so sorry, would you like a new strip?" He was charged full price for raw chicken and was even told he was wrong. After he had to spit out said raw chicken. Very poor management skills. Plus, our friend who showed up 5 minutes after we ordered had ordered chips and salsa with his meal. They waited to bring the chips WITH his actual food. It is supposed to come before so you can have something while you wait.

Our server Jacob was very prompt and polite, he suggested the chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl. It was delish!! Will get again. ?

They can't ever get my order right.I always get a burger and ask for the following...Burger medium, fries extra crispy (well done).What I get is soggy fries and a burned piece of coal for a burger.This was the 4th time they have done it. How hard is it to read the ticket and get the order right or write down the correct order?I guess I will need to travel a little further and go to Red Robin instead.
