Too expensive. $20 for a fistful of noodles?

We go here once a month and eat. We usually love it. However we went yesterday we ordered two combo rice plates #4 spicy and of course two appetizers. The rice plates had no spice and the rice was burnt. The service was not good at all. Kinda sad about it

I go there after my chiropractor appointment , tue food is incredible, good flavor.

Recommended dishes: Yellow Curry

I will not go back to this place when there are other much better options.
My $13 glass of wine tasted like cheap box wine or even worse. My Tom Kha soup was served with either rice or noodles (what!) and was diluted and watered down.
The atmosphere is nice enough and the service was friendly, but it’s not for me.

We dined in for dinner and we were seat right away. Lots of take out orders and I worried it would take long for us to get our food but it was brought out hot, fresh and timely. We ordered shrimp spring rolls, chicken pad Thai spicy level two and mango sticky rice. Everything was very flavorful and delicious.

This place used to be our favorite and the basil fried rice is still delicious. But with a 30% price increase at Jan 1 (2026), and food that was already priced at the upper limit, we will be forced to find another go to for Thai food.

I genuinely tried to give this place a second chance, but the service was disappointing and the food quality has gone downhill. The spring rolls contained bad lettuce, and the chicken pho had overcooked noodles that were stuck together, making it unpleasant to eat. I placed my to-go order at 2:04, yet a couple who arrived 15 minutes after me received their dine-in meals within 10 minutes. I didn’t get my order until 2:34, and even then I was told to wait another 5 minutes after already waiting past what I was told. No one checked on my order until I said something. Honestly, drive-thru service would’ve been faster.

To man people waiting for food. Man waited 3 hr for food and they wouldn't give him a discount. I waited over 1 hours for and on=line order and other canceled because of how long it was taking and they wouldn' lift a finger to compensate for there lack of of inefficiencies.

The chicken pho is amazing 🙌🏾👌🏽 my go to (havent tried anything else lol) but definitely will. Staff is super friendly ☺️

Update: I am sad to say, I've gone there a total of 3x and the second time, I ended up sick with flu like symptoms... giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking i got it somewhere else I went back for the 3rd and last time... and unfortunately I found a piece of metal in my soup... I will see if maybe i can post the picture but I was disgusted. It is sad because the pho is still good, but I the metal piece coupled with the fact that I witnessed a cook getting frozen chicken out the freezer with bare hands... this place isn't very hygienic... although the food taste good, the place isn't the cleanest and they need better food practices. I don't recommend... don't take a chance on your health :(

I do not review food online…I have had Pad Thai here before. But it’s been a while. Paid +$4 for shrimp and another $3.50 for extra shrimp. There were 6. but even worse, it tasted like spaghetti it did not even have Thai ginger seasoning or peanuts. I would post a picture as proof, but there isn’t an option for that

We've tried this place several times. The green and yellow currys are pretty good its just the thai tea which is always too strong and never quite right. The people are super nice and accommodating. I wish I could give them a better score food wise but thai tea is all part of the experience! When thats off its just not the same.

Ordered 2 meals to go due to meeting grandkids. Plans changed so my wife and I were going to eat inside the restaurant. The restaurant would not let us stay and eat since i ordered “to go”. There were plenty of open tables and no one waiting.

Will never go back!!

Normally never have an issue here and always so good but today’s order 9/9/25 was bad, and when I tried calling they didn’t answer. The rice was not fully cooked and was still hard I ordered around 8:30-8:45 got home around 9:15 , they close at 10 so I tried calling before they closed and nothing

I had pad see ew to go from here a few weeks ago. Noodles were broad and supple, chicken and broccoli tender and seasoned just right the pad see ew way. Just a shame this place is an hour away from me.

Ordered som tom salad with extra shrimp. I got home and opened the plate and only had 3 shrimp. It was extra $4 for 3 shrimp…. I called in and ask if its was mistake but they said it is right amount. I got ripped off so bad and food was not great. I dont think Ill be back
