I can't comment on the quality of the food because I never got it. I placed an order for delivery and after waiting for an hour I hadn't received my order. I called the restaurant to ask what the status was and they said they never recieved my order. I had a confirmation email with an order number. The woman then checked the email and sure enough there was my order. She made some piss poor excuse about a system error. Im sorry but iin the service industry you ALWAYS have a back up in case of a technical error, but in this case it is simple personnel service error. No one bothered to simply check emails. I wouldn't order from this restaurant, their service is lousy and their accountability us worse.

Used to be great but I got an egg drop soup today that wasn’t great. Was full of cabbage and hardly any egg. Got general TSO’s chicken and that wasn’t great either.

I have been going to this spot since 2017 and they have been super consistent with their food quality taste etc, customer service and food delivery.Thank you all for being on top of your game I know it’s not easy with so much competition in this area! Must try!!!My two favorites spicy crispy beef and salt & pepper chicken!!!!

Really don’t understand why this place has such a high rate. Taste is below average even for American Chinese food. Attitude is bad. The fried rice comes with dishes has nothing in it, just soy sauce with white rice, and they charge 1 dollar extra for it… I guess there is no much competition for Chinese restaurants in Flower Mound.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the North Tarrant/Southern Denton County area. Egg rolls, Egg/Wonton soup, sticky rice and Pepper Steak is scrumptious.The service is friendly, attentive and fast. Same people are in there all of the time. Our only reservation is that the restaurant is to small. Although the atmosphere is nice, layout reminds my wife of a fast food place. Portions are big enough that you feel well fed. Very hard to get a table on a Friday or Saturday evening without waiting.Others know this too because there is a constant flow of people coming in to pick up takeout orders. But the food and service make up for the one shortcoming. As a result, I still give them a 5 Star rating.
Had a very frustrating experience today where we thought we were ordering for pickup but then received a call from the store confirming our address for delivery. We looked at the receipt and were charged for delivery so we thought it was all good. We waited an hour and at that time missed a call from the store but were told everything was fine when we called back. Called after an hour had passed waiting on the confirmed delivery and then called the store and they tried to tell me they didn't have an order for us at all. After reading my name and the confirmation number they still said they did not have my order. Finally, after spending 10 minutes on the phone with them, we were informed we would have to come pick up the food. At the store, they assured me we were not going to be double charged or charged for delivery. But the total was still charging delivery and I was treated like I was lying so I had to show them the email confirmation that stated they were trying to charge the same amount as if they delivered. I had to argue and wait for someone to come fix the ticket and even had to show them my call log where I called the store back because they tried to blame us for not being responsive. We put the original payment information in online via card but then had to repay with cash at the store for some reason. I was told to check my account and come back if I was double-charged. Which I will be doing as soon as I drive back home. Very clear there is not good communication among staff, ticket prices are not checked, and they are more then willing to try and blame the guest even when we follow through to confirm everything is good to go. I would like to add that as a pick up order we never received any type of notification that the meal was ready at any point in time. Very disappointed.
1/17/2024, 7:30pm. I forgot 1 soup, so quickly drove by to pick up 1 extra egg drop soup. Gentlemen at the checkout counter was very annoyed I paid my $5.41 order with $6 cash, and not giving him enough tip. Regret tipping on my previous order…..

Picked up to go from China island . Usually very good ! Not this time . I ordered the udon noodle with tofu but got combo .(could have been my hubby with his online ordering ) decided to give it a go anyway . Pork was dry and shrimp was not deveined . The green onions were hard to eat because they were two inches long . A hurried way to cook this dish . Not impressed with the food this time . The good thing ? It was hot
