I havent been back to this location in a while. Its always dirty, the food area never looks ready for business, the grill is disgusting, the trash cans are full, tables are dirty. This place has zero pride in ther business. There are alot of these types of reviews so clearly they dont care. I will drive 15 min for a different location or just skip Chipotle.

This dude making my food had the worst attitude ever. Idk his name, but he had like these crazy blue eyes, african american. This dude tried putting like 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl. I asked why he put so little and he went to get his manager. Dude looked like he hated his job idek why he’s there.

My wife wrote this and is 100% correct.3 of us walked into the store at 6100 Long Prairie, Flower Mound, TX at 9.30pm... one of us got served what he wanted. I asked for a bowl and was asked which rice, I said brown, she gave me white and my husband said she asked for white which she started to remove from my bowl with her gloved hand. I said never mind, I'll take it. I was asked which beans, I asked for black, didn't have any. I then finished my order and asked for cilantro (no cilantro). My husband came next and ordered a burrito, he would normally have black beans but of course they didn't have any, he got vegetables and a miserly portion of chicken. The only other thing he has is a little red sauce and quocamole so he asked if he could have a little extra chicken. She said I have to charge you extra which he responded but you only gave me a tiny portion and I hardly have anything else. He told her I don't want it then and the young man next to her rudely laughed in his face. When asked why he laughed, he said it wasn't important and not worth complaining about. My husband asked for his name and he said I don't have to give you my name and when my husband joked about taking his picture, he quickly turned his back, laughed and did a little dance.In hindsight we should have just left due to his rudeness but we paid for our 2 meals and left.Also on entering I commented to my husband about a young man cleaning the area where they do chicken and veggies of how his hair hung all over the place and the counter by the salsa etc was a mess.We have been patrons of this store since it opened and I can honestly say we won't be back to this location and have never been treated so poorly. Hope management read these reviews.

They skimmed me on pretty much every part of my burrito. My burrito was noticeably smaller than when I ordered the same thing at other chipotles in the area, and my it was so poorly wrapped that it fell apart when I opened it. You’re better off going to a different chipotle in the area.

I asked for a spicy quesadilla and this transgender girl who looked like a guy or whatever started flirting with me and I was kind of scared. Once I finished eating my spicy quesadilla I had to go to the restroom and the transgender worker followed me in and I tried to call the cops and that thing said "don't be scared big boy" I ran out there and he took a picture of my license plate and now im paranoid that he will show up to my house. The transgender is also the manager!!!! Do not go to this chipotle unless you like fake girls!!!

It is the dirtiest chipotle location I have ever been to. Worst maintenance, nothing was clean, food all over the serving counters, drinks machine and tables. No wonder why all 3 of us that ate dinner there had food poisoning for 2 days since eating there.

This is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen in my life. The entire restaurant is filthy. The area where they prepare the food is so filthy that when they handed me my bowl I had to wipe food off the the bottom of it because it was dragged through guac, beans, rice and whatever else fell out on their prep station. The floors looks like they’ve never been cleaned and are covered in old food. Even the door handles and window sills are greasy and disgusting. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. Only stopped in because it was next to target. Will drive farther for a cleaner location.

I have to say that this particular Chipotle location is the worst I have ever been to. The food quality is consistently poor, the store is always dirty, and the service is absolutely terrible. I believe that the management is to blame for this. It's hard to understand how the South Flower Mound location can be so good while this one is so bad. Considering the high prices that Chipotle charges for their food, one would expect a higher level of quality. Unfortunately, even the basic task of putting together a burrito bowl seems to be too much for the staff at this location. They are always rude and show no customer service skills. It's frustrating to see that this store has remained terrible year after year.

This is my review of the chipotle restaurant as a whole. I used to love chipotle, from one side of the country to the other the food tasted the same… not anymore… too many times eating raw rice, burnt beans, rotten guacamole, no fajitas during the middle of the day and no one was cooking more…. Also staff who thinks half a spoon of rice is a normal portion and when you ask for more he adds another 1/4 of a spoon full…Today was the last time I will eat at a chipotle.For this specific store there was no flavor in the food, it tasted like someone forgot to add salt to everything… i could count the flakes of salt in each chip… the rice, beans, guacamole all taste horrible.Advice: do not get guacamole if it is 2hrs or less to close, most likely it will be rotten. Specially if it looks brownish.My pet peeve is why do you need jalapenos on the mild (tomatoes) sauce and guacamole… that is not kid friendly. I had to always find and remove the jalapeno bits before giving to my son. That is the point of medium and hot sauce to add spice if I want it…So long chipotle, deleting your app too.
