The older lady who works the cash register is most miserable human being I've ever met in my life. She is always rude for no reason, aggressively throws our food around, and one time, she overcharged us then yelled at us about it because we didn't notice until we had paid. It's an insane experience every time we go in there and she's working. All the negative reviews say the same thing, yet nothing is ever done about it.

The worst customer service I have ever seen at any restaurant. I looked at my receipt and they charged me for gauc on two bowls even though it was only one. I asked them to fix it and the argued with me and asked me to bring the bowl up to examine it to make sure I did not have gauc. They gave me a refund for that, but were beyond extremely rude and gave me a sarcastic your welcome. This manager should not be in charge of any business, one of the worst customer service experiences of my life

They don't put pick up orders on the pick up shelf. I assume bc ppl steal it or take the wrong order. So you have to wait in a line infront of the shelf until a an employee decides to help you. The lady that helped me today was super rude. Stood next to the pick up orders and just glares at me. I told her my name. gave me a rude response, asking for my last name( Kelly WHAT??)then handed me my food. I understand it's probably a waste of their time passing out pick up orders but that shouldn't be taken out on customers?

Employees are always tired, seems over worked, no happy face, serve with least interest. Fajita Veggies looks like lying in a drainage for a long time, just soaked in water. They dont refill stuff quickly. Either they say we dont have or wait time is 15 min. Tables are not cleaned regularly, food lying around in each and every table and all over the floor. Whole atmosphere feel like a dirty place. Definitely management need to pay attention.

I’m a mother of a child with celiac disease and we’ve been coming to this chipotle for years. We typically see employees follow full procedure of changing gloves, wiping down the counter and changing out the spoons but this time we were told all they can do is change out their gloves! The manager informed us that they can’t follow FOOD SAFETY PROCEDURE because it takes TOO LONG!!!! And this at a time when there was not even a single person in line other than us!Seriously you’re choosing profit over SAFETY!!! Not only that, we were told they won’t accommodate for gluten free diet again!You better believe I’m calling corporate on this location!!!!

Multiple times this location has ran out of chips easily an hour before closing. It feels as if I am being punked as I watch an employee put the guacamole- that was already dished into a container- back into the guacamole container because of no chips. Gross and bad customer service. Prior to this, this location only had large chips and we ordered a small…small guacamole but they were insistent on charging for a full size chip. If you guys are out of small, use common courtesy and give the large for the small price. The fault is on your end to begin with. So disappointed in chipotle lately. It truly feels like no locations have a care in the world and it’s truly becoming embarrassing and chipotle has become more of a burden than convenience.
