Terrible customer service. Hispanic cashier was so rude. I ask to warm up my cinnamon roll and she refuse. Cinnamon roll was cold and hard.

Stopped by this one after leaving my mother's home. I always get a 6 pack and extra icing from the mall so that is what I ordered. They are hard like a few days old and the icing looks yellow instead of white almost like it has alot of oil in it too. Not even heating them up helps. I will not stop at this place again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Who knows hold old the ones I paid for to bring home to my family are.

Poor Customer ServiceMy son does not like birthday cake but loves cinnamon rolls, so for his birthday I ordered a 15 pack and a 9 pack of the minibons for his birthday party. When I arrived to pick up at the designated time to pick up, they had record of my order but had not made the minibon nor did they have a substitute available.The manager explained that they had not made them but that in 35 min I could come back and pick up 12 rolls that were in the oven. While I was explaining that this would not work due to the timing, the manager drifted off and walked away to ask someone if she could help them. I was not being disrespectful of the employees and their lack of planning for a large order and their apathy towards not satisfying their customers is disappointing and I will not be going back.

The cinnabons did not taste fresh at all. They were dry, stale, and hard like they were made days ago. I was extremely disappointed.

Stopped to get cinnamon rolls for work. Service was excellent, and the young gentleman even offered a beverage for the wait while he prepared the order. The cinnamon rolls can't be any closer to homemade - people at work just rave about them.
