This was one of the worst experiences we've had at Dairy Queen. We ordered two meals, belt buster and chicken finger combos. First, the price was $26. Second, the fries were not only cold but stale. The burger was not made to order, bland and the meat was not hot.
The good thing is when we made the trip back to let them know, they made it right.
I would try this location again but would check out food at the store before leaving.

We got food poisoning tonight after grabbing some ice cream here. I had a few bites of my 5 year olds ice cream and him and I both got nausea and diarrhea. We ordered the oreo brownie blizzard.

Drive through guy sounded like he hated his life and gave tons of attitude, ordered 3 meals and they got none of them right and gave the completely wrong tenders and added dressing after saying 2 times to remove it.

Dairy Queen’s food is great, the staff is friendly. I feel like they should open up more locations in DFW, especially at 2499 in Flower Mound at Long Prairie, Road and Flower Mound Road (FM3040).

This was my first time using the app and it was a terrible experience. When I arrived at the restaurant, I got in the drive through line. I told them I was there to pick up a mobile order and they asked me to come inside. Once inside, they ignored me for 5 minutes. Once someone finally addressed me, they told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them my order confirmation in the app. They put my order of a burger fries and drink in and I waited for 15 minutes. Once my order was ready, the attendant handed me the bag without even saying a word, let alone an apology. I mentioned that I still needed my drink. He huffed a grabbed a cup and basically shoved it at me. I then filled my drink at the self service station. The whole thing took way longer than if I’d just used the drive thru and the person who served me inside was super rude about it. I won’t be back

Whole restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Not a single table was clean, floor was sticky, and womens bathroom was horribly filthy. Every time im in here no one looks like they care. Lewisville location is always clean. This was disgusting

DQ in Flower Mound is the sickest I have ever been to and is the reason I will never frequent DQ again. The food was sick. Chicken basket fried in old grease. The burger was flavorless. I had to go to the counter to get Texas Toast they forgot. The guy tells kitchen that they forgot the toast. The guy reaches into a warmer and grabs a couple of pieces of mush. DQ is what I don't like about Texas. Yuk! ?
