This Dickey's is what I wish all Dickey's were like, but sadly that is NOT usually the case. The meats and sides are always first rate and well prepared here. I usually get brisket, or ribs, or pulled pork, or sausage ... I love their combo plates. They run rib specials, so I can't ever pass one of those up. They no longer offer the jalapeno cornbread that was my favorite. The rolls are always hot and delicious, so not a big loss. They have great sides and a few others that are available by request, like fried okra (check the overhead board for the complete list). The wife likes the giant baked potatoes stuffed with your favorite meat and toppings. There are always mashed and mashed/cheese potatoes. A couple of types of beans. The jalapeno beans are my favorite. Mac and cheese is very tasty and not just for the kids. They have numerous other side options on down the line, but my plate is always full before I make it that far. They have a sauces and toppings bar for customizing your sandwiches. For the finale, there is free soft serve vanilla ice cream (every day) with a variety of toppings available. They give a discount on the drink, if you bring back their promo 32 oz cup.

Not good. The brisket was dry like beef jerky. Worst brisket I have ever eaten.

I complained the meat is always hard and dry the cook cursed me out at the drive through and told me if I dont like the fresh plate he is giving me now dont come back. Go somewhere else. He said he was in charge and he was also the chief. I was so upset with him and so un happy with their service. Every time I go there I get hard dry meat. I'm do e with that location

Had to rank the food lower than normal. Stopped in for some pulled pork sandwiches. Bought 3 sandwichs. Two out of the three had bones in it. Can't serve a BBQ sandwich with a bone in it, period. It ruins the experience, it's not safe for the customer.

Terrible service, I would not recommend this location. I was picking up an online order and the staff acted like they were annoyed that I was there. The first guy asked for my name and then never said a single other word, he just stood around leaning on the counter for 5 minutes. Finally someone else came out and put my order together and brought it all to me but again didn’t speak to me at all, so I had to wave down a 3rd worker and ask her if the drinks on the counter were mine or not. She was friendly enough but I have no idea what her coworkers problems are.

I have been to this dickeys on four separate occasions, each occasion something I ordered is missing. A side, a wrong drink and today a whole portion of meat when I ordered the giant baker with meat and drink combo…I am not sure if the woman taking the order cannot hear clearly as it’s the same person each time and we usually have to repeat the order. If this location wasn’t the closest I would not have given it anymore chances. I won’t be stopping at this location anymore.

Place isn’t as good as it was a couple years ago. Brisket tastes more like pot roast. Potatoes casserole has a weird taste to it. They taped on new prices to their menus that are almost 20% higher than the ones you can see under them.
Person at checkout argued with me that drinks aren’t included on the combos when the menu clearly says drink included.
