⚠️⚠️ I finally found the name for what this location has been doing for YEARS to their loyal customers. DYNAMIC PRICING. A franchise shouldn't be allowed to do this, especially in already affluent areas where there prices are already higher than at other locations. After 1 p.m. my normal drink goes up 125%. Watch the difference between your order cost in the morning vs the evening. Pay attention to what you're spending here, people, and if it feels like your order is more expensive here than at other times or compared to other locations, that's because it is.

The lady that works the drive thru speaker box on most Sunday mornings is a pure delight! She is always so happy and brings a smile to everyone she greets. Thank you for being a bright spot to everyone’s day!

I was having the worst morning this morning and needed to pick up some donuts for an organization. It ended up I didn’t need them and the woman who helped me was so bright, cheerful, and positive. It was so refreshing and so lovely. Just had to give her and Dunkin a shout out!

About two weeks ago, I had a big order at Dunkin’ and was honestly a little embarrassed walking in with so much to order. But Kara and Bri were absolutely amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, reassured me it was totally fine, and were just so kind throughout the whole process.

One of the drinks accidentally fell, and they handled it with so much grace cleaned it up quickly, made a new one right away, and never made me feel bad about it. On top of that, they even helped me carry everything out to my car!

Kara and Bri truly went above and beyond. They were the sweetest, and I’m so grateful for how they turned what could’ve been a stressful moment into such a great experience. 🫶🏽 Dunkin’ is lucky to have them I hope everyone gets the chance to be helped by them!

Drive-thru print on outdoor menu is too small, and the menu is not 100% accurate.
The jelly donut I received was covered in granules of white cain sugar as opposed to the picture of the powered sugar jelly donut on the menu. Drive thru lady crumpled and disposed of my receipt and closed the window and quickly turned around before I could ask for my receipt. I had to wave her down for her to open the window again and pull it out of the trash and give it to me. As I was driving while eating my Boston creme donut, the chocolate on the surface over the part where the creme was inside melted and ran off the donut and onto my hand. There were no napkins in my bag and not even any tissue paper in my bag. That was messy! It's these little details that can make a big difference.

Only thing that was great was the lady at the drive thru. She was friendly.
However, the guy at the window didn’t hand me all my food at first. My bagel was cold and barely had cream cheese on it. The old fashion donuts were not frosted and dry. They tasted like a cake donut and not traditional.

Stopped in to pick up some donuts for some teachers and left with nothing. Stood at the counter for several minutes watching the lady staring down at her phone either texting or talking. Decided to leave and won't be back.

Y’all made my day. I came through on my birthday and not only did they gift me a free donut, but they had my donut with lit candles and sang me happy birthday at the drive thru window. Excellent customer service.

I don't know who hired Renee but they found a true ROCKSTAR! Her amazingly positive attitude brings me back to this location since it is a bit out of the way on my way to work. It is hard to find good customer service and rare to find great service so someone did a good job. The cold brew is always good and love the various flavor options Dunkin has. The new pretzel sliders are delicious!!
