I started to love dutch bros, however, my feelings for them has changed due to this location since I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. My friend’s and I’s orders were missing ingredients, even though I had asked to make sure at the window that the ingredients and correct milk was used. When I drove back through the drive-thru to let them know that it was made wrong, they took back the drink. The girl employee at the window had an attitude problem when she noticed me again, handed me the remade drink that still did not have the right milk and made a snarky comment. I was upset, but i did not want to escalate the issue further so I drove off. I suggest that customer service needs adjustments. I would love to enjoy dutch bros again and tip respectful employees that deserve it. 03/11/24

Slow slow slow! I've been stuck in the drive through for 26 minutes at the time of this writing. And can't go forward can't go backwards. Are you growing the beans and roasting them inside? This is horrible Service slow and ambiance is a bunch of irritated people without caffeine.

I would go here more often if there wasn’t a ridiculously long wait time for a coffee. I have tried more than a handful of times and it always upsets me how long it takes.

Went this morning due to our apartment fire alarms going off and the girl working was sooo sweet! We got a pup cup for our animals which helped calm them down from the craziness.
The workers are super nice. The drinks are amazing! I recommend the double rainbro rebel. If you're in the area I highly recommend checking this place out!
