The coffee shop portion of this place has closed. It’s just a roastery now with some merch. The merch is cute and worth stopping in for. You can also buy bags of coffee. The lady who helped me was very nice.

My wife had an appointment with the doctor so I stopped in to buy a coffee. The oatmilk latte was excellent and ambience and vibe is relaxed, clean and inviting. I ended up buying coffee beans to make at home.

My mother and I came to Parker Square specifically for Hive Bakery, and after our amazing experience at Hive, we decided to grab some coffee to go at Edison. As we were ordering our coffee we were rudely told, “NO outside food or drink.” We were taken aback as we never planned to eat our Hive Bakery goodies at Edison—we had ordered coffee to go. The rude gentleman taking our order was so concerned about us eating the Hive cupcakes in the coffee shop that we had to go back to the counter TWICE because he couldn’t get the order correct. I looked around the coffee shop and notice almost every table had personal drinking cups/ water bottles. That is by definition “outside food and drink.” I have no problem following an establishment’s rules, but to be told not to do something we weren’t doing in the first place, ie. we didn’t open the cupcakes, didn’t sit down at a table, and never even mentioned eating the cupcakes at the coffee shop. It was a bizarre experience. I wish we had turned around and left after being talked to like that. Customer service is important and kindness will keep people coming back. We will not be back.

As a coffee fanatic, this is one of my all time favorite shops! I've come for years and they've never disappointed me! The coffee quality is amazing and they always have a great list on f seasonal drinks. I can't say enough great things about Edison! I can't wait until they reopen.

Edison Coffee has been on my list of coffee shops to try for months now and I finally had the opportunity to stop by the other day on my way to the airport. The barista was cool as a cucumber, witty, and very patient yet flexible with me in helping me decide what to order. I finally settled on a decaf americano, which I rarely get, and it was absolutely delicious. I could still taste the well rounded chestnut and slight fruit (perhaps notes of pear underneath) and the espresso was very flavorful without being bitter. The atmosphere in the coffee shop was very laid back with many folks sitting quietly and working on their respective projects. Finally, the modern and slightly sophisticated backdrop of the coffee shop made me feel like I was in a high class establishment (even the bathrooms were a sight to behold). Overall, I'd give this spot 10/ 10 stars!

I forgot to take a picture, but as of yesterday the fall menu is out..which means I had to try the pumpkin latte! It was lovely and the baristas were very sweet. Edison has a super aesthetic and spacious interior with lots of seating and makes for a great study environment. Awesome drinks, awesome people and a great location - everything that I look for in a coffee shop!
