We purchased a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel, a Green Chile bagel, Asiago bagel, a Chocolate Chip bagel, a Cinnamon Sugar bagel, Jalapeño salsa cream cheese, and a Cinnamon roll. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cheryl Wilkins (General Manager), you are failing at managing this place!!!! This place messes up orders every time! Becomes a waste of time and money. They don't answer the phone. You press 3 to speak to someone, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. The only way to talk to someone is to go in person, and they still can't get the order right after trying for a second time. (Waste of time) I'm not sure how it's so hard to get orders right? We have given them so many chances, but every time we go back, they can never get it right. If they can't comprehend substitutions, they should just let customers know it's too hard for them!! It's so frustrating. People want to go in place their order and get what they ordered. It's really that simple. But I'm not exaggerating they get it wrong every single time we have been their. We need a new morning quick breakfast place...

Two stars is accurate the past 2 times I have gone in to this location every time something goes wrong. Either They take 25 minutes to make a bagel. When it's not even that busy or someone will steal your order ahead. I got there at 9:20(the time the estimate said) and asked about my bagel and she said it should be over in order ahead. I go over it isn't there and she said it would be upfront shortly. 9:30 and it still isn't up so I ask about it again and they tell me someone must have taken it and they will make it. My order which is the maple egg sandwich takes another 10 minutes to be completed. I had been at a location in Oklahoma and they had the best sandwich which is exactly what I got here the maple sandwich. However I don't know what they did differently or if they didn't put enough of something I don't know but the sandwich i got this morning was not worth it. Not worth waiting or the money. I was not impressed and I would recommend just go to another location and hope all goes well cause you never know.

This day I had a bego, they gave it to me cold, I asked the lady if she could toast it, she said no, that she couldn't do that, so I got so angry that I had to throw it away, and I was very upset because I paid $14.00 dollars for something that was cold. Really, your begos are very good, but some of the ones you serve aren't very good.

This location everyone has an attitude. They don’t make your order correct. I was served cold bacon and manager had an attitude that I addressed the issue. I’m always late for work if I order food from here in the morning. Service cook (male) has no desire to work promptly.

For a premium price, my lox sandwich should have been made with care. It was just thrown together and I guess I work for EB now because I had to take the whole thing apart, spread the schmear, unroll the lox and make it ready to eat. Also, a slice of tomato the size of a half dollar is not up to par.

The place was not swamped, but just had steady traffic. However, the staff was running around like they were hopped up on energy drinks making the whole scene tense.

I was not the only customer in the store who seemed unhappy about their purchase, but I did not dare approach the whirlpool of darting employees to fix my sandwich.

EB is a treat for me. This was a heartbreak of a visit.

Some of the staff (zue).is very unpleasant that will be my last visit ever .

I like Einstein’s bagels and coffee. So even it lacks some other things, I like this place. Come here for pretty good bagels and coffee.
