Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein Bros disappointed me on National Bagel Day with a paltry shmear. I could barely taste the cream cheese due to insufficient quantity and had to add some condiments at home for my bagel to have flavor.

The last time I was here, I ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich and was disappointed by the quantity of smoky Chipotle aioli which was supposed to flavor the sandwich.

It looks like this is a trend with this restaurant and not a one-off instance of them skimping on the most flavorful ingredient.

This places customer service is next to none. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and they made the right one for me at no charge! I drive an extra 15 minutes to go this one and will continue to do so!! Thank you again Kayleigh!

Second time in here. The first time was about a week ago. I had never been to an Einstein Bros before. That time I had a really friendly staff member. She explained how everything worked. How to order etc. Really good food. I was so happy to have found MY bagel shop.

So, today I went in to grab a dozen. A younger guy was off to the left and a guy about 35-40 was on the right. The younger guy was ok. He was helping someone on the left. I’m not sure why the older guy was angry. Just rude, angry, zero customer service, zero interpersonal skills and downright unpleasant. So much so, I walked out. I would not be comfortable with that person making food for my loved ones. I definitely wouldn’t send my child or wife in there to be treated that way.

I mean, bruh.. if you’re that ticked off at the world, maybe retail or food service isn’t for you. Seriously. Will I return? Nah.. I’ll go to Kroger and get day old bagels before I’d go back.

I go to this store quite often, but I never get what order, asking for extra cream cheese they seem to put less on. Extra would mean the whole bagel top should have cream cheese on it. I also always have issues there with the staff if it’s within an hour of close, the customer service during that is appalling. Will be looking for a new breakfast place now.

I go to Einstein almost every day. There bagels are fresh and the staff are super nice. If you are looking for a time to go,go at one!! Although the tables are a little dirty, I usually don’t stay long because they are doing the best they can to get it to me quickly.

The Nox Lox Bagel is fantastic, I had to order 2 it was so good!

The bagels are amazing, but their service sucks. And they have like seven people doing one order while you stand in line back to the door waiting for some kid to figure out how to use a cash register. They never get it right

The crew is really nice and professional. They got my order correct and in time. Will be coming back in the future.

My boyfriend and I went here and the vibes here were amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful!

It was early morning, that bagel hit the spot. Egg, sausage, cheese. Delicious. Grabbed a half dozen bagels to.go.

First and last time here. Walked right up and placed my order. Then 30 minutes later was still waiting. Finally asked someone and they said I was coming up soon. Asked for my money back because I could not wait any longer. They could not figure that out so gave me cash back.

Every table was filthy so all patrons were standing up waiting because no one came out to clean them.

If you come here be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer for food.

Amazing food! Amazing Serivice! Amazing atmosphere! 10/10, would highly recommend. Btw, their brisket sandwich is, literally, the best bagel sandwich I have an ever had.
