I used to live in Grapevine and moved to Euless ...... I kept coming back to this place the fact that the other store in Euless - can't seem to tap the quality of food and how it's done with my favorite " Lox " . I have to drive all the way to this store but it's all "WORTH" it. Well done !!!!??????

This Einstein’s has the best bagels. I always get a fresh bagel when I arrive. The customer service is great as well. Whenever I stop by, the team members remember my name and my favorite bagel. Stopping by here is always a treat. It’s hard to get good service these days and I appreciate receiving it here. Their spinach bagel is so good especially with the regular cream cheese! Cheryl always has good recommendations when I want to try something new.

The bagels are great and the so are the egg sandwiches. What stands out most about this place is the manager and the staff. They are always in a good mood and they look and act like they love working there. It really looks like it would be a fun place to work with that team.
Yummy bagels always get the salmon bagel for me and my family. They are a little slow sometimes which is a minor annoyance but other than that it's good.
I had ordered a decent size order from this location. I had opened my order just to see Einstein Bros. Bagels had my order completely wrong. Did not have the correct order and bagels were even missing from this order. I tried calling for weeks and no one answered. Finally got a hold of someone, they said they would call me back and never did. I went back to calling and got no answer. I even emailed and never heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to Einstein Bros. Bagels due to the awful customer service.

Waited an hour today for 2 bagels. What was very upsetting was watching people coming in 15 minutes after me leave 25 minutes before I did. They have to fix the system the run on.

This place has depreciated in quality greatly over the last several years. The service has become quite slow. I had to wait close to 20 minutes just to get half a dozen bagels. In that time I could’ve gone to Kroger and made them all myself! Worse yet, when these bagels got to me, despite spending a few extra dollars for double eggs on our sandwiches, we received half our sandwiches with only one egg. Wasting money, wasting time, wasting away. Thankfully, the bagels are still a delight to the senses, but the way this place is run seems senseless.

Just sat in a huge line at drive thru for 20+ minutes to be told at the window they didn’t have my order and probably gave it to the person in front of me!Once again this location fails how many bad reviews do I have to write before you wake up????Please close and re train the employees and only open when you can perform the job!!
