REOPEN I literally keep coming back almost every day to see if y’all open. I feel like the old commercial from mervyns the lady standing outside looking in constantly repeating open open open open open open open.

Would love to do this again but they closed down. To make it worse they closed right after I bought a gift card for my son. The next closest place is in Europe and they have made it impossible for me to seek a refund. There is simply no way to contact anybody there without a local place that is opened. I feel like they totally screed me.

Still smiling thinking about my son's 13th birthday party here, what an amazing experience! From the service to the food, everything was top-notch. The staff made it feel special from start to finish, and his friends are still raving about it. Truly unforgettable!

This place is a hidden gem. A must try for a night out with the kiddos or a date night.

I recently held a team event here and from the initial inquiry to the moment we left the building- this places knocks it out. The process was simple, streamlined, and high quality. The space itself is extremely nice and well designed. Our games operated with very few problems and our Game Masters are absolute experts at what they do. It will be very difficult to beat this team event, so we might just have to come here each time! Special thanks to Dom, Chimka, Jack, Tanner and Nathan, truly a world class experience!!

Fun game! If you’re looking for a VR experience with his is it. 5v5 competitive games are so much more fun than the alternative VR experience playing against computer controlled enemies.

My suggestion is to book at least two sessions. First one is just to learn the basics.

Disappointing experience throughout, had a 4 pm appointment and waited for someone to acknowledge us as the employees all had their heads buried in their phones. We were given a very brief tutorial and entered our arena and waited and waited. None of the employees bothered to make sure the equipment was up and running before we arrived and discovered issues with the machines, 4 different employees couldn't resolve. We were asked to wait close to an hour until the other arena became available, we obliged and sat in the restaurant area no one offered us a drink or even apologized for the inconvenience. Due to the fact the arena we were waiting on was reserved for the time period, our family of 4 newbies and a father and son who were newbies we were placed in the arena and game scenarios with professionals who are on a league and gave us little opportunity to play ad they were much better and more familiar with the scenarios than we were, killing us by posting in high points as snipers, no fun. Once we finished we were offered nothing for our troubles nor even acknowledged. Me and the other father approached an employee and talked to him about our experience, he offered us another 40 minutes, we had a better experience. Once we were done again there was no acknowledgement of our experience or sorry. The men's bathroom had no paper towels, the other dad said he went in to use restroom and there was an employee in there with him who said he would replace them and never did. The lounge area were dirty with food from the day before on the floors and tables. All of this going on with plenty of available 20 something employees, they all could careless and were busy with their phones or computers in front of them. We just walked out with no acknowledgement or apologies. As this is the only place for this type of gaming people will go, but it will quickly get a bad rep with families who are looking to have a great first experience with these type of games. Management needs to get on this before these 20 something run the place and the reputation into the ground. Very disappointing.

So much fun, great place to have a night out!

Family and I were in the area for our son’s bday so we decided to check it out. So much fun!! All of the employees were super friendly. It was a weeknight so wasn’t busy and they got us right into an arena without a reservation. Everyone was helpful and gave us tips and recommendations on what weapons to use, which made it even better. There were only 4 of us but it would be great with a bigger group. We have a VR headset at home and I can usually only play for a few without getting nauseous, but here I had no issues since you’re moving around and I was able to play the entire time. 10 out of 10 recommend for a fun outing!!
