The new chicken parmigiana meatball sub was DISGUSTING. It looked like it was week-old meatballs and tasted like the meatballs in a can of Chef Boyardee. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich because I felt like I was going to get food poisoning from it. The sliced meat sandwiches I have had in the past have been good quality. So maybe they need to stop having sandwiches like the meatball subs if the quality is so drastically different between them and their regular sandwiches. Very disappointed. Thankfully my wife loved her club sandwich and hers was edible. Lesson learned: don’t order anything but the deli sliced meat sandwiches from here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread option

So I love Firehouse subs. I was happy to have this one near my house. After the horrible customer service from one of the managers, I will never go to this one again. I tried to keep this complaint private and not publicly say anything, but since they still won’t contact me almost 2 months later, I’m posting this bad review. I went through the corporate Firehouse customer service and they said the local management would contact me. Two weeks after my last email to them, still dead silence.Basically, I had been getting this one sandwich and one of the managers (Jeff) made a suggestion on how to make it better. He was right! So I go in again and Jeff’s brother is managing that day. I ask to have my sandwich toasted the way Jeff suggested (which I loved!) and his brother blew a gasket. He was not happy and told me he’s told Jeff numerous times to not tell people about this slight change. The change…toasting the bread twice. <huge eye roll> That seemed to be a huge issue with the brother even though I was there during a non-rush with only 2 other people in the entire restaurant. He gave me such an attitude and I had to push hard to get it done the way I wanted. He also had the gall to claim he “owned” the restaurant when I know for a fact it’s his parents that own it. The interaction put such a sour taste in my mouth that I will not step foot in that Firehouse again because I have zero desire to ever deal with him if he’s managing that shift.So if the actual owners (or Jeff who’s actually nice) sees this, please look at what corporate sent you which includes my email and phone number. Best firehouse sub I have ever had was here at this location mar by Briana. She was so nice and dedicated to the work. They were so busy that day I guess with huge order they were preparing for but still she gave us all the she could made yummy and sandwich just a way we like.Vegetarian options: Veg sub with choice of vegetables.

Ordered through DoorDash clicked the Italian with no onions. When I received the order it had nothing but onions! So I call in and speak to Jeff who decided to ignore the clear mix up and tell me how his partnership with DoorDash was a loss and he was walking out the door. My only question was - how in the world do you make a $25 sandwich with only bread and onions and think it's the actual order?!? Jeff won't be here long......

They are always consistently very good. Any time I am in the area and need a quick lunch but I don't want the standard fast food, this is my go to place.

I got the steak and cheese sandwich, and it was pretty good. Didn't have as much flavor as I would've hoped, but it was still good! And the staff was super good at their job!Parking: Right outside of the restaurant, and a good amount of spots around!
