Love this restaurant and the atmosphere. Food is great with good service. I have been to the restaurant a handful of times, but my last vist was odd. I had a sweet lady server and she took my order and brought it correctly but then she stood there and told a very long story about her retired military dogs. Do get me wrong the story was well told with laughs and awes but I hate my entire plate why it was story time. I am interested to go back and eat something different from thr menu and her another dog story. I have questions! During my last visit with my girl I planned ask her an important question but didn't get too because of the waitress.
I plan to reattemp the question on Friday for breakfast. - Wish me luck 🙏

I go to First Watch often. This location, is the worst. The food was ok and and the service was ok. I will visit First Watch because of my past experiences however if this were my first experience, I wouldn’t come back. I ordered omelette and a waffle on the side. The waffle was not crisp. It tasted more like a crepe. The service just mediocre. Waitress seemed distracted and don’t know who the manager is. The other waitresses are talking more than working. This was Flower Mound location.

The food is delicious and healthy! However, the service has been slow and disappointing on every visit. During my most recent visit, although we were seated promptly, we waited 15 minutes before any server approached us, despite several servers making eye contact. Other patrons who arrived later received prompt service, including water, coffee, and order taking.

It was too small, crowded, and the food was too expensive. They used some flavored iced coffee mix. How hard is it to make coffee? Add ice and creamer?

We had a fantastic breakfast at First Watch. We came in around 10am on a Sunday and received excellent service. We were seated immediately.
We were met by our server Gaby who took great care of us and the manager Tommy helped ensure everything was perfect as could be. Our food was on our table in less than ten minutes of us arriving. This place was packed and busy too!
The food itself? Amazing! Will definitely be back many times over.
Super impressed by how well organized and efficient First Watch was. 10/10
