I would really like to eat here again but it was soooooioo salty that I had to toss it in the trash. The nachos and margarita tasted like they just poured so much salt that I could not taste anything else. I was splitting it with a friend and she couldn't eat it either.

This was a real shame because when I picked it up, I really liked the vibe. The cashier was sweet. The cooks were nice. Music was enjoyable not headache level.

There is a nice patio area that I was looking forward to margaritas on. The only problem is that salt. I could not tell you if there was any flavor to anything because of it. The chips were crunchy and the beef was tender and the people are great.

The food was good. I love the brisket tacos. The weather was beautiful, so we ate outside today. Unfortunately, the tables outside were all dirty. Not the kind of dirty you would expect from a picnic table - They had food spilled on them and ants on some. The buckets that the napkins, salt and pepper were in were also gross. Rusted on the bottom and the condiments shakers were dirty with food, too. I'm pretty disappointed in the cleanliness as I don't think anyone ever cleans those tables. Remember...even the rain can't help with the tables that are under the cover. And they actually want me to tip them BEFORE I get my food?

The girl with the pinkish-Reddish hair working register. Grabbed chips with her bare hands to serve to us. We watched her touch the register , wall, and kitchen items and serve us those chips. All while after getting them she worked on filling the outside ice machine and tea station. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. All the tables were dirty, and customer service here at this location .. watching other customers trying to order and ask questions was below the bare minimum. The woman in the kitchen had a chunk of her hair not pulled back and none of the cooks had gloves on. The chips are average but the queso? Tasted like watered down soup. The tacos were mediocre but the experience doesn’t give the food justice. i Wish I could get a refund because $35+ for the experience and queso. Is not it.

I must have came on a bad mood day.
Person who took my order on the phone was snappy.
Then when i went to pick up to go order the girl who was at register had an attitude.
I ordered food that required me to use silverware.
Apparently I had to ask for it and she looked at me like I was supposed to use my fingers. I told her I needed utensils to eat my meal. She said they were out.
That is something they should have told me over the phone before i ordered to go. I would have never ordered if I had known I was going to have to use my fingers as utensils.
She was rude. V was her name.
Guess they all are just mad they have to work on a Monday night.
Either way. They chose to work customer service at Fuzzy. They need to work on better customer service.

Our chips were burnt. We brought this to the attention of the bartender and they said that is the normal color of the chips. We can remake them but that is how they come.
We replied never mind please just cancel our order and we will just pay for our drinks. They said they are unable to do that. They said she would have to call her Boss at home. We said ok we would wait. Her Boss wanted us to pay the bill and give us Store Credit. We replied no we did not want Store Credit. Only to pay for what we had to drink.
Her Boss finally said fine and he was happy for us to NEVER come back.
He will never see us again!!! That’s why we did not want Store credit!

🌮 **Fuzzy’s Tacos – Flower Mound Favorite!**

If you’re in a rush but still want something flavorful and satisfying, Fuzzy’s Tacos in Flower Mound is the place to go. It’s not the healthiest spot in town, but when you’re on the move and need something quick, it absolutely hits the spot. The menu is fun and flavorful, with plenty of options that make it easy to grab and go.

Bonus points for the friendly staff—the customer service here is consistently warm and efficient, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a go-to when you're short on time but still craving something tasty.

Ladies room filthy and no supplies. Standing water from recent rains leaking thru the glass doors in the main dining area. Service was minimal. Food was mediocre.

We eat at the FM location often. Unfortunately we noticed that it’s not nearly as clean as it once was. Staff don’t seem to care and are more interested in their own conversations. Went to sit on the patio. Just about every table was dirty and needed to be wiped off, trash on the ground . Y’all can do better.

Shredded chicken yet again too tough to chew. Ordered a crispy corn shell and got a shell that was only crispy on the edge and otherwise floppy.
Also ordered a flour tortilla taco same issue with chicken. The tortilla had a weird aftertaste.
Only edible things were the lettuce, feta and cilantro. Expensice micro salad.

I accidentally placed my order at the Flower Mound location instead of the Grapevine location. When I arrived at Grapevine and realized the mistake, I asked them if they could just make the food again and I would pay for it, while I tried to get a refund from the Flower Mound location.

When I called Flower Mound, the person who answered was extremely rude. Had he simply said they couldn’t issue a refund, I would’ve understood. Instead, he told me the food was already made and that I should have called sooner. I explained that I didn’t realize the mistake until I arrived at Grapevine and they couldn’t find my order.

He then asked, “So you can’t just drive here? It’s only a couple minutes.” I explained that I wasn’t able to, but he continued to be rude and said things like, “So we’re just supposed to lose money because you ordered to the wrong location?” He kept emphasizing that it was my fault and that they had already made the burrito, so they’d be losing money.

However, they never made my drink, so the actual loss was about $6. Despite that, he refused to issue a refund and was unreasonably hostile throughout the call.
