Adorable lunch spot with great service and yummy food!
A cozy, vibrant, and earthy ambiance that feels like a moment of tranquility in a life filled with chaos. The employees, owners and everyone there were so incredibly welcoming and kind when I visited. The paninis are delicious. The strawberry matcha was what I came for, and it’s amazing! But I ended up falling in love with the high quality food (food you eat and know it’s fresh, healthy, and not a bunch of processed junk) and the environment. Healthy options like bowls are delicious, and the Mediterranean bliss bowl is a good option for vegans or vegetarians. The salads are incredible, including the harvest salad with lemon dressing. The shrimp panini, garlic chicken pesto, and golden garlic chicken panini are amazing, and the bistro easily has the best sandwiches in Flower Mound. The coffee is also good, and the refreshers are a must-try, like the hibiscus lemonade that is perfect and not too sweet. The salted chocolate chip cookie and GF double chocolate donut were average. The food is tasty but pretty pricey for a sandwich and salad, and the chips are bagged chips. Overall, it is a nice little gem with fast service and a blessing to have in the neighborhood.
