This is indisputably the best ice cream joint in Flower Mound. Very friendly service, generous portions, and a huge variety of handmade flavors. I personally recommend the combo of Monkey Business and Dark Cherry, but there are plenty of combos to be had. There's always some neat seasonal flavor. Don't forget to get your card stamped! When the family gets a craving for ice cream, we don't say "let's get ice cream", we say, "Let's get Handel's!"

EVERY time you order 2 of the same item on DoorDash they only give you 1 of them. It’s like they don’t bother actually reading the receipt. Make sure you tell your driver to check the bag so you actually get what you pay for, because the Handel’s workers obviously don’t care.

Handel's has been my favorite since it opened. Unfortunately, we bought a pint of cookie dough and a pint of the Salted Carmel Truffle and there were only a couple of truffles and a super small amount of cookie dough. The first time I chalked it up as a one-off but I just went again and the Salted Carmel Truffle pint had ONE truffle. Still going with four stars because the staff is amazing and am hoping the owners fix this issue.
