My eyes rolled to the back of my head upon my first bite of the frosted shortbread cookie. Shop was small and service was friendly. I got 4 large and/or detailed/decorated treats for around $5 a piece, which was less than I expected!

A fantastic bakery! It has a cool dark academia vibe to it and obviously the baked goods are delicious! They have a good variety too which I appreciate. If you are from Oklahoma and go down to Dallas often, I think this place is pretty convenient as a quick stop off to get yourself a treat.

I was at The Hive about a month ago while visiting family in the area. Wish I'd taken pictures of all the yummy treats we enjoyed (lemon tart, red velvet cupcake, rice crispy bar, etc)! I also bought a couple totes that are the perfect size for schlepping stuff to work. I love their merch and more importantly their commitment to humans. Love this bakery!

My dad got this cake for my birthday, it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. The cake and icing were both absolutely delicious and all completely vegan. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

I was super disappointed. We went on a Saturday afternoon and I’ve heard so many great comments about this bakery. After walking in, we were not greeted, but just stared at by the employee behind the counter. We made our selections and took the items home to eat. We were not thanked or even spoken to by the employee.
The oatmeal cream pie was the best thing we got, but tasted no better than any other bakery. We got s’mores tarts, which I was the most excited about, but also the most disappointed by. There was no baking element—just graham cracker crumbs with some chocolate and marshmallow cream on top. It ended up being a mouthful of goo and crumbs. We also got the red velvet cheesecake bar, which tasted a bit old and stale. We also got the pop tart, which was incredibly stale and not crispy at all—maybe it was leftover from the day before.
So sadly, after seeing the mouth-watering photos on their website, I was really disappointed in the lack of freshness and taste. We most likely will not be back.

Went last week to pick up an online order. I was greeted the moment I stepped into the bakery. The lady that was at the counter was really helpful and asked me if I needed anything else. We ordered the pumpkin chocolate chip bread plus a few of the Beetlejuice treats. All items were delicious! We are definitely coming back for more.
Was only recently and accidentally introduced to Hive. It’s been about a month, and we’ve splurged 3 times on some sweets. Once for Kamala cookies, once for an assorted box after seeing on Facebook, and last week for some Key Lime Pie. While everything has been fantastic, the pie surprisingly shot to the top of my list!
Great food, great owners, and always feels great to support my own kinda people! Keep up the great work, and keep feeding your amazing treats to the haters. They can’t keep you out of their mouths…literally! ?

Delightful & delicious! Ordered a lot of cookies & needed several to be gluten free, they were set aside, packaged beautifully, and labeled clearly. Very much appreciated everyone being able to be included. Also, ordered fancy decorated sugar cookies, fully prepared for them to be more style than substance, and was happy to be proven wrong! Frosting and cookies were very tasty as well as beautiful, gluten free included. Absolutely great experience.

The peanut butter cupcake simply delicious! The cupcake was very moist and the peanut butter Icing was perfect. I ordered online so I didn't really have to interact much for service . The ambiance of the bakery was nice. Chocolate peanut butter cookie was amazing. I really enjoy their peanut butter icing. The knock you naked brownie just too much Carmel for me but if you like Carmel you will love it. The death by chocolate brownie was a little bitter to me. I didn’t care much for the s’more cookie. Let me tell you the gingerbread cookie is amazing can’t wait for Christmas. Disclaimer I didn’t try this all in one day it’s been over the last three months
