We had dinner at this IHOP recently, and we were impressed! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well seasoned. The portions are quite generous as well. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and on top of things. Recommend when you are craving breakfast for dinner!

This location is the worst in the 40 years I have been a patron at IHOPs Nation Wide.
I visited this location at around 6:30 am.
The host made it seem that her being on her phone sending personal messages was more important than getting me my coffee.
She never came back to ask if I needed anything, or refill my coffee cup.
The care is no longer there. It seems that now it is a Self-Service.
Then they ask for a tip. Really?

Great food. We had Breakfast. Service was excellent.
My wife and I go every Thursday night to have our favorite meal, cooked perfect every time . We get the same waitress every time . And we would not have it any other way . She is young, but she is the most professional waitress I have seem in many years , and I'm 50 years old . She even remembers the small things we like and that means the world to us . If there was a vote of employee of the month, we would vote her every single month. Her name is Alexis De La Luz. We thank her for being the best at her craft!

There are already three occasions that we are coming:
1- they have snow for malting
2- they don’t have waffles
3- you don’t have to draw the children
4- cold and super super food that is late
5- ONLY 2 people attending tables ?
I can’t understand how such a large store can have these flaws for so long ...
