Clean restaurant. They were short on staff when we were there, and it took a while for the food to come out. Overall, this location is close to the house and is a great spot to grab breakfast. ?

Normally, I wouldn't have gone to a place like this during the day. It's one of those 2 am type of things. But since I'm older...now it's a brunch thing. I've been here a couple of times, and they just can't seem to get it right. I ordered a regular breakfast: eggs, bacon, hash browns... and it seems, every time I get it served to me "cold" like straight out of the fridge! And they "nickle-n -dime" for every little add-on til you're paying $50 bucks

I am not usually prone to writing ratings on chain restaurants. We have patronized this restaurant many times over the years, but lately there have been marked changes.....all for the better. The service is excellent. From the moment you are greeted to the moment you leave, you are treated with respect, kindness, and humor. Substitutions are most often not a problem and the food, while delivered amazingly quickly, is excellent. Kudos to the cook and the servers! To the manager, "Well done! Take care of the staff; you don't want to lose them!"

I had been craving ihop all today and was excited to go but i will NEVER go back to this dry location. The feel when i got in felt like a bad vibe and it took the girl about 7 mins to even come out and seat me. She didn’t even say much of nothing period. Idk if she had a bad day or what but whoever the girl is needs to go home and start over again. I didn’t even get a refill on my drink…like NOTHING! I will save my money next time and go somewhere else because I’m never stepping foot in that place again! I wasn’t tipping that horrible service. IMean it barely gets business so when you get a customer at least act like you happy so you can make a lil money of a tip smh. ✌?

I brought my daughter out to breakfast. We got our food prity quick. However after that I felt like they forgot I was there. I asked 2 people to get me server. She walked by me 5-6 times and never acknowledged me. I saw them tell her I needed her. It was literally 30 minutes before she ever came back.This will probably be my last time I go to this restaurant...

We arrived at 9:27 PM and were told that the kitchen closes in 3 minutes so we could not order. The restaurant closes at 10:00 PM and the kitchen closes at 9:30 PM and we beat both of those times and were told we could not order.No wonder this company is going out of business.If this is a franchise, it should be taken away from them. If it is a corporate store, they need new management.We will not be returning!
