We ordered tuna on whole wheat for dinner and guess what as soon as we got home we opened packs and there is turkey in it. I specifically ordered tuna coz of diet restriction. We called store and they told us that store is closed and they can’t do anything about it. So now sleep without dinner. Horrible service

Love this store! And I LOVE that it has a drive thru! Staff are always friendly, food is always great, and they've never messed up our orders. I wish the interior dining area was more inviting, but we mostly use the drive-thru.

Sitting here after just leaving Jason's Deli. Four employees behind the counter just standing around talking. Several items on the salad bar (including lettuce) is empty. I won't be back.

The pickup service was fine. My sandwich however was less than desirable. I bought two New York Yankee sandwiches. They were so dry we could barely swallow them. The meat seemed as if it had been sitting out for a long time. We were very disappointed.

I come here almost daily for lunch and Julia at the to go window is always so kind and welcoming!She went above and beyond to make sure I got signed up for their rewards program since I am a regular and I’ve already earned a free lunch! She is always quick and efficient as well- they are lucky to have her!!

Very disappointed in the dinner we picked up. My husband's potato was huge and he was happy, but my order, not so much. When I got home the Au jus had leaked inside the bag, not that big a deal. Except it tasted like water. I had to heat it all up and spooned the jus over 1/2 my sandwich before I tasted it. Awful! You can't make it stronger without bouillon, so I watered down my $13 sandwich! I ate that half without the bread....quite disappointed. Per you request, owner, I emailed you about a week ago, but have yet to hear anything back....
