Excellent service. I ordered the #10 for my Friday lunch. Unfortunately I had to get it delivered as I couldn't leave work, but it was a fantastic sandwich. Overall great experience.

Justin was the manager on duty today and he was AMAZING! I walked in wanting a pizza flavored sub and obviously that was not on the menu, but Justin immediately put together a sandwich/wrap that tasted JUST LIKE PIZZA! He was super personable and eager! Really nice to walk into the restaurant with those vibes! Thanks Justin!!

Typically, when I visit a sandwich shop or similar establishment without table service, I rarely experience notable customer service. Today, however, Max, the shift lead, completely changed that. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful — providing better insight and service than I often receive even from full-service restaurants. Max truly embodies the high standards Jersey Mike’s is known for, and I believe he deserves a promotion.

Ok, so I’m gluten free. When I confirm it as an allergy as opposed to a preference, these guys were absolute stars. They changed their gloves, cleaned surfaces, the works. Management, please give your team a massive bonus!
