Typically, when I visit a sandwich shop or similar establishment without table service, I rarely experience notable customer service. Today, however, Max, the shift lead, completely changed that. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful — providing better insight and service than I often receive even from full-service restaurants. Max truly embodies the high standards Jersey Mike’s is known for, and I believe he deserves a promotion.
Ok, so I’m gluten free. When I confirm it as an allergy as opposed to a preference, these guys were absolute stars. They changed their gloves, cleaned surfaces, the works. Management, please give your team a massive bonus!
The gentleman in this photo are the most honorable, humble, kind-hearted, Lovable, Men of God. It is a privilege of a lifetime to be served by these gentlemen, in this establishment. Thank you Jersey Mike's for hiring such upstanding jolly good fellows.
