Jersey Mike's Subs

Rude service. Charged for extra bacon on club sandwich and only had two slices. Seemed annoyed when taking my order. Will be contacting corporate. This is now the 3rd time I’ve experienced this issue/service.

Wasn't the best today. Bread was harder than normal and my meat was cold. The hot philly is normally my go to but today was very disappointing.

Been here about 4-5 times. After today I am done. I ordered a turkey club but they wanted to charge an extra 3.75 for the bacon. For $26 I get a large bun with a few slices of low grade cold cuts and a large drink. No thanks. Used to be good years ago

Order was wrong. Size of sandwhiches were wrong. Toppings were wrong.

Me and my wife went there the other night in order two subs got home and one sub was correct with one piece of meat on it and the other side I order an Italian sub and got a ham sub with two pieces of ham on it. The girl that took the order was too busy talking instead of listening we will not go back to that place. They make the sandwich look big by putting a lot of lettuce and tomato on it and other items in the meat is hardly any.

The food at Jersey Mike’s just continues to decline. More bread, less meat, even less quality. What use to be a great place for a decent sandwich at a reasonable price isn’t any longer.

We used to love Jersey Mike's and have a recurring order in the app that our family loves. The Flower Mound location has really declined lately. Our usual order of 4 sandwiches was really messed up. Every sandwich was wrong. We called them to get it corrected. They agreed to remake the sandwiches and made us return the wrong ones. Basically accused us of lying by having us prove it. I didn't even think that was allowed. My husband supervised the making of the new sandwiches. After having to drive up there twice, they didn't apologize, didn't offer any discount or even a bag of chips. We are very disappointed. The language barrier didn't help.

I normally have great service at this location. Today I ordered 4 sandwiches for pickup and all 4 were made incorrectly. I understand if one is wrong, but all 4 was excessive. I called thinking that maybe they game me the wrong order, but it turns out that they simply made all 4 wrong and didn't seem to care. They did remake the sandwiches (another 20 min round trip) but didn't even give me an apology. I was very disappointed.

We ordered 2 meals. #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak THAT COMES WITH EXTRA CHEESE! They charged us Extra for the Extra Cheese!!! Read what is posted on their website #56 comes WITH EXTRA CHEESE!!! Then ordered 2 fountain drinks. They charged us for 3!!! That's how they make their money!!! Oh, did I mention the $3.00 tip?

The MANAGER was incredibly rude. Will never go to this location again. Awful experience, complete disbelief. Tried to order plain bread roll and she refused so I asked for cheese and then charged me $15 for it. Called me out in front of a store full of customers . Manager knows nothing about the child I was ordering this for. She then proceeded to ask her staff demanding that nobody ever be allowed to buy a plain roll. Awful. AWFUL.?

When I came in it took like 10 minutes for someone to order my food. This girl named victoria kept rushing me and seemed to just want to get me out of the door. When I looked behind the counter their was enough dirt to fill a pothole around the ovens and
