We used to love Jersey Mike's and have a recurring order in the app that our family loves. The Flower Mound location has really declined lately. Our usual order of 4 sandwiches was really messed up. Every sandwich was wrong. We called them to get it corrected. They agreed to remake the sandwiches and made us return the wrong ones. Basically accused us of lying by having us prove it. I work at Primrose School of Lantana and we had Jersey Mike's cater our professional development day meal. The staff exceeded our expectations in every way! Jojo was so helpful getting our order of 35 sandwiches placed, each sandwich came labeled and customized, the cookies were delicious, and they didn't skimp on the meat! 10 out of 10, would order from here again!

Do not misunderstand. I really like this brand. I have a beef with their texts. I never know what to expect. They text that delivery is free. That sits really good with me. I go to my app and order lunch because it really doesn't cost a bunch. Despite being in business for years, I'm told they still don't deliver here.
