Detroit Style, their ultimate veggie pizza will almost convert any meat lover.....ask for turbo crust it's EVOO, garlic, pecerrino cheese, and parmesan cheese...... it's life changing.....NY Style and thin crust also available but the Detroit style is extreme FIRE!!!!

Alice you are my hero! Not only did you listen to my complaint, but you also fix it as well by giving me more than what I expected. We have given ALL of our pizza business exclusively to Jets since moving to Flower Mound almost five years ago.
Soon after moving here I discovered that some of my health issues I had been experiencing were due to a gluten intolerance and for a short time stopped eating pizza.
Soon after, we learned that Jets offers GF pizza so we ordered it and it was okay, but quite dry with very little sauce, but we put up with it to have an option for me. On several occasions while ordering we have commented on how dry the gluten free pizza is, so last night, my husband ordered us individual GF pizzas, and requested that they each come with EXTRA sauce and was charged additionally for that request which we didn't have a problem with.
When we opened the box, not only was there not any extra sauce, it had even LESS than usual. There was MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce on each of the individual pizzas so to be charged extra for something and then get less of it is ridiculous. We're already paying extra for gluten free crust so, congratulations! You have succeeded in permanently driving us off.

I have been going here for over 4 years. Every Sunday this [place has been our Sunday evening order, take it home and enjoy. Now the ordering menu has changed and is terrible to use. Besides that, the price for the two pizzas and cookie that I order went from 46.00 to 54.00. Then.... the employees can't get the proper ingredients on the pizza anyhow! It is mis-made the majority of the time. I will not stand there while they make it properly, and they won't deliver to me as I make a 14 mile trip to come get it. This has turned into a zoo with lack of management and customer service. I will never go back.

All I would ask to improve is to keep restrooms clean... they are most food the time dirty or broken, not working...

Grubhub mistakenly sent my order as make ASAP when it was scheduled for 8pm. The receipt said 8pm but the store system showed 5pm ASAP.

But! The great customer service here remade my pizza so I would have a fresh one. So not only do they have great pizza they also have great customer service!

Had a great experience at Jet’s Pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy, toppings were fresh, and the portions were generous. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the better spots if you’re craving pizza. Will be coming back!

I called to see about getting a replacement and returning the incorrect pizza. The manager doubled down, blamed me for not disabling their default sauce setting, and hung up on me—despite the fact that I was clearly unhappy with how little consideration they showed for what’s obviously a common flaw in their system.
Their online ordering process automatically adds a default sauce—even when you actively choose a different one. If a customer is selecting a sauce, why in the hell should they have to manually set the default to “no sauce” just to avoid a conflict? That’s backwards UX, and it’s not clearly communicated. Unless you catch it by chance or already know to watch for it, you end up with something you didn’t actually want.
The pizza we did sample that was correct was barely passable—edible, but bland and forgettable. It had the texture and flavor profile of something pulled from the frozen section at a grocery store.
Stand by for their standard response: something about how you’re the problem, not them. “Customer error,” “policy,” “nothing we can do.” Instead of saying, “We hear you. We’ll address the system flaw and work to improve the customer experience,”—you won’t see that, I bet.
Between the subpar product and the dismissive service, this is hands-down the worst fast food pizza joint in the area.

I just moved to the area and got a flyer for a free pizza so took up the offer. The staff there were super cool and friendly, and the pizza itself was great as well, no complaints. I’ll probably be back just because the vibes were good.

Got a free pizza flyer so went in to try it, I also order another pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was awesome! The only problem was a few pieces of both pizzas tasted like cinnamon, not sure why maybe the pan wasn’t properly cleaned after use. But I will definitely be back!
