Pizza is good but their online and phone ordering systems NEVER work. They pretty much gave up on an actual sign in and let you order as a guest but now the payment system fails when you try to check out. I've probably tried to order 20 times and gave up to eat somewhere else when their system wouldn't work.

This pizza really stands out among all the rest in FloMo. I really don't understand all the complaints about it being burnt and overbaked. To me, it's just right, but hey, maybe others like it limp, sloppy and watery. You won't find that here.My only issue (and this is a very small one) was that the pie loses some of its flavor and zest when you reheat the leftovers the next day. Other than that, this is the best pizza you'll find in the area. We'd order more but we live outside their delivery area so we gotta hoof it in to go get it. The hippy-looking dude at the counter is always cool though

I also have enjoyed there pizza but the past two times the delivery person have been extremely rude and I am big on tipping as I Door Dash on certain Occasions but when the first words out of your mouth are "where is my tip" and holding my pizza until they get there tip in hand has become a little disturbing and therefore will no longer order pizza from Jetts Pizza

This has always been my favorite pizza but the last two times it has been way over cooked an tough to eat/cold. I also order Wings Bone In. Got Boneless wings yuck!!! After spending this kind of money and going to bed hungry just isn't right. Back to the old store bought cheap pizza. The owner on here ask if I called and spoke with MOD? You just lost a customer for life!!! Have a wonderful New Year!

Good chain pizza as usual. Too expensive for what it is.
We get Jet's usually 3-5 times a month. We usually always get delivery. The past 2 times we have ordered the pizza has arrived at least a half hr late and cold! We called 2 times during our last order after it was over one hour. We were told both times that it has left the store. We only live 6 minutes away, and this was all within 30 minutes!

Ordered online. Paid online. Email confirmation said delivery at 8:58. It came at 8:40 (early! Nice!) except I was in the back of the house and didn't hear the doorbell ring. I see a text a few minutes later saying pizza was there, open door, no pizza. I called the number and said "hey, no pie here. Did you leave it at the wrong door?" Delivery driver said "you didn't answer so I left with it." I said "can you bring it back? I paid for it already." Driver "if you give me an extra tip." I said no thanks, called the store, spoke with Angelo and cancelled the pizza. If you can get the thing you actually ordered (both the correct order and delivered product), it's a good pizza. I wish you luck -

It's nice to have a solid pizza place to go to that consistently has great pizza. I've been a customer for five years, and this location never disappoints! My favorite is the hand tossed with bold pepperoni. Great cheese pull, and that super flavorful pepperoni is the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly, and as busy as they are, my order is exactly right, every time. Despite always being busy, I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a pizza! Check them out!

Great pizza! The amount of cheese, sauce and meats is perfect. The customer service and prices are wonderful! The ONLY complaint I have is they over bake their pizzas. This is my third order and all three pizzas were over baked.The edges were very burnt. I would have given them five Stars ?
