We ordered two large sandwiches. One was the Italian Sub - number 9. We asked for hot peppers. The person taking our order ask if we wanted the other vegetables as the sandwich is typically made and she specifically mentioned onions and tomatoes. We replied yes. When we arrived home we found out the sandwich did not include onions and did not include hot peppers. Very surprised. Disappointed because the sandwich was pretty plain at this point. We drove 10 minutes one way.

This store offers easy online ordering. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly! Orders are accurate, fresh, and ready on time. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards program for free sandwiches!!!

Almost every time I try to order #15 they are out.

Show up at 8:30 trying to find a quick bite on the way home after a long day only to find out they have already put all their food away and are cleaning the dining area. They close at 9pm.

Food is always great here, I want to stress that. The staff here seems to be bothered by every customer. All are extremely unfriendly.

Just went there for lunch. There were 4-5 employees and 0 customers besides us. Ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my kids. My son doesn’t like the produce so I got him a slim. Asked them for a litttle mayonnaise and was told they can’t do that. I asked why and they said they can give me a mayonnaise packet. I said that didn’t make sense and they said it was company policy. I get that it says meat and cheese only but I thought that meant no produce. If it was really about the money saved for mayo then why did they offer a packet? I went ahead and paid. Got the food and there were no mayonnaise packets. So I went back and they gave me a packet.

As I was eating my food I thought about how stupid that was and glanced at the receipt. They didn’t charge me for the 2 bags of chips. Normally I would point out that I have chips and keep in mind my kids were standing next to me with the chips. It was pretty obvious they had them. But it was more important to save 3 seconds of labor than to complete the sale and make customers happy.

So when I was leaving I told the cashier that he was too busy telling me he can’t put mayo on my sandwich, that he didn’t charge me for the chips. I gave them back unopened. He said (twice) have a nice day, have a nice day. GREAT POLICY!!! We won’t be back!

Ordered online for pickup. Live less than 5 min away and went right away to pick up. Food was already ready and the lady assisting me was so thorough making sure all the extras made it in the bag.

Multiple times this jimmy johns have given my food to random people and I don't get it. Happened again today. They dont even bother trying to check who the person they give it to is correct. If you want to actually get your food do not go here especially if your bust at work.

Had a Turkey sub delivered. My sub size sandwich was more like a flip-flop size as there were minimal ingredients inside. I will not order from this location again.

I came here on a Friday evening looking for something to munch on. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and welcome arms by a worker named Tyler. I ordered the “Slim 1” and my oh my was that scrumptious. The sandwich was made beautifully and the food was fresh. My service was exceptional, and I can’t wait to dine here again. 10/10 in all ways??
