Disappointing Experience – No Coffee Before Closing

I visited this donut shop today to get some donuts for my kids. Unfortunately, the taste was not very good, but I was willing to overlook that. However, when I asked for coffee, I was told that since it was close to closing time, they didn’t have any and would not brew more. The confusing part is that there were still two hours left before closing.

I didn’t want to create a scene, so I chose not to argue. Still, it’s surprising that a donut shop would not serve coffee before noon or refuse to brew more with two hours remaining in the day. Because of this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.

Please bring back Marie!!! We are in your shop at least once a week. The last 3 times we have been there, I have not received one of the donuts that I “ordered”. It is extremely frustrating as there are 100 donuts shops in Flower Mound, but you are the closest.

Unbelievably delicious and affordably priced with great service. What more can one ask for!?

Lady (who I assume to be the owner) is very sweet. I usually order the sausage roll + cheese and a couple apple fritter bites. Taste is great and customer service is better.
