Mad for Chicken

I ordered Spicy chicken bowl. They said the sauce is SWEET. So I asked to not add their normal sauce.

Then comes thus bowl with 3 pcs of breaded chicken breast, absolutely bland and tasteless. It had ONE SPOON OF SALSA, a small portion of guacamole.
I asked for the missing vegetables and they said that mini spoon of salsa is the Vegetable.
The owner offered " vegetables" and then brings a bowl of Romain lettuce. What a crappy experience.

I'd not go here at all.

We just moved to town and were craving some good wings (not those chain restaurant frozen ones). I called in my order and picked up easily. When I tell you the chicken far exceeded expectations…I couldn’t be more serious! We had BBQ and kickin bourbon wings and some big drums, and we ordered popcorn chicken for my youngest. Even the kids meal was great! The menu was interesting and the execution was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Went in to pickup a takeout order, was told it would be a few minutes, decided to sit at the bar and order a beer except no bartender! I sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and even sat the menu in front of me indicating i would like to order and nothing, food was great, service not so much

New ownership decided to add new flavors and seemingly decided less sauce is better. More is not always better but apparently less sauce is better.

We ordered 20 wings with spicy soy garlic and parmesan garlic. Not only did we only get 19 plain wings, they came with a hint of spicy soy garlic and parmesan garlic. The plain wings themselves are still good but if I wanted to spend $34 to order 19 plain wings, I would throw $10 into a fire and spend the rest ordering plain wings literally anywhere else.

Tried it for the first time today and the wings had a strong pickle flavor which was strange. Had 2 and could not shake the pickle taste. 1 guy serving/hosting which made it hard to get his attention for any assistance. 1 and done!

food takes a while because the chicken is double fried. we only learned why it was taking forever because it was explained to another table nearby

Tasty larger than normal wings with a twist on some of the sauces offered. They offer wings and drumstick combos which was also a nice surprise. Will have to come back for their other dishes.

I have always loved for wings here because they are crispy and non-greasy. I normally eat once a week, but lately they have been not as good. They have been a lot less crispy.

Tried this place after one year and their food taste has gone down drastically. Their original soy garlic and spicy soy garlic used to be ok but this order was terrible. There was barely any taste and was just salty. The quality of the chicken wasn't bad but their sauce was terrible.

The food is always amazing here! Always made fresh, flavorful and hot! The service could be better, but overall a great spot. Love their full bar and list of cocktails. Had a prickly pear marg and it was sooo yummy! Must try! Very large portions so you get your monies worth.

We’ve ordered online from here quite a bit, but today’s experience was really disappointing. We placed a to go order and it took them over an hour to prepare it. When my husband went to pick it up at the time indicated on the website, they hadn’t started it yet.

I always order toppoki from here, and for whatever reason it was a 1/4 of the size it usually is. Usually it’s in a to go bowl packed with the fixins and soup. This time it was just sitting in one of the wing containers?? And it was just basically 1 layer of fish cakes. For $17.

Also half of our boneless chicken had no batter on part of the tenders, and it looks like it was fried that way because the tenders are dried out. What on earth was going on in the kitchen????

I am really hoping this was a temporary mess up, and not the result of bigger problems.
