We really enjoy this Marcos location. I think they are the best of the chain pizza options around Flower Mound. Their pepperoni magnifico is great, and their cheesy bread is also fantastic.

Went here on Halloween. Places my order at 5pm. I arrived at 6pm thinking my order was ready. To my surprise, I saw at least 6 people waiting for their order at the counter. I approached the counter to check my order however seems the staff is back log and more concerned about pushing order than simple customer service or a hello. This place lack communication within its staff and with its customers. I had to yell at someone to get any attention. Ask when my order would be done and said another 25min. In total I would have waited 1.5hr for one pizza? Does that seem reasonable? I donāt think so. I cancel my order at this location and order from another Marcos and had my order ready within 15min. Donāt waste your time or money at this location. Seems like it was bought by a family without an idea how to communicate with its patrons.
Also the high star rating looks over inflated. Seems like their family members and friends are give 5 star reviews to hide the bad(real) reviews. If complains weāre posted on here 5 months ago and responded by the owner, nothing has changed.
Donāt go here. Flower mound deserves better. Try Heavenly Crust on cross timbers. At least they acknowledge you as a human being.

Called in 2 items for delivery. One of the items was wrong. 50% is NOT good. The entire crew can't communicate in English. I couldn't understand any of them. Never ordering from this location again.

First Time eating at a Marcoās Pizza and we have wonderful Experience ( Also i am Looking Vegetarian Option and one of Employee Working Name (Dev) They Make me for New Items Pizzoli in Vegetarian Option ) Really appreciate the friendly employees and cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms Also The Pizza was delicious and fresh and Price are affordableā¦..My Suggestion Try New Item Pizzoli

Went downhill ever since they fired all the employees and got bought out. No business who conducts themselves in such a way is welcome in Flower Mound
I'm so glad I tried their pizza. I called in for delivery. The man I spoke with was nice and professional. My pizza was delivered hot and the driver was great. As for the pizza, I was thrilled! Best pizza I have eaten in years. Fresh with ample ingredients, crust was cooked perfectly and sauce was outstanding. It was also budget friendly. I will use this location for all of my future pizza deliveries.

Wasn't a bad place until just recently when they changed management. It is obvious they have stopped caring for their customers and employees as well. After barely starting to strengthen their team and products, it is now going down hill again. I do not recommend this location.

I have no qualms with Marcoās Pizza or their brand in any way shape or form. However, this particular store I do. I was the general manager from October 20, 2023 up until yesterday. I proudly did everything I could to ensure the community of Flower Mound felt the love we put into our food. Then yesterday, 05/20/2024, I was told that our store had sold. There was no plan of me leaving until my former owner left. Thatās when I was told that my team and I would no longer be needed. That we were āunaffordable liabilitiesā because we were paid more than $7.25/hour. I then had to go to my team and inform them on a dime that none of us had a job anymore and that there was nothing I could do for them. I lost all respect for this store after that. To be told that pouring your heart, soul, and life into a restaurant was all for nothing and that we would get absolutely nothing for it was disrespectful, disgraceful, and downright embarrassing. As a community member and supporter of local businesses, I will NEVER even look in the direction of this store anymore. They have greatly disappointed me and my entire team of hardworking employees who just needed to make a living. Shame on all of you. I will NEVER support a business that ruins peopleās livelihoods.

Hi there! My Name is Alex, iāve personally lived in flower mound for my entire life and have always enjoyed working in the town and never had any problem working for anyone in this town. there was always some form of understanding that your workers are people too and people that are also apart of the community. I started working there in december of 2023 and the state of the store was abismal. the second i started i noticed that every single person in that store put their blood, sweat, and tears into that place. any regular of the store knows that through that time, we worked damn near every day even when we were completely burnt out. we put EVERYTHING into that place. then, on may 20th 2024 we were all told without any warning and no time to prepare and without even meeting us or saying it to our face. They sold the place and the new owner forced Juliet, the person who out of all of us was there every day of her life since she started to tell all of us that we werenāt worth even minimum wage. if you care about your community or your money, i wouldnāt even walk past Marcoās Pizza store 5242. also the new owner willingly is allowing you all to eat food contaminated with roaches, that store is infested
