Mattito’s Tex-Mex

We visited with family on Sunday afternoon. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and when it finally showed up it was cold... it was obvious that it sat for a while before it was brought out.
The service was so slow.. my son's order came our wrong and the server only visited our table 2 times in the 90 minutes we were there. Overall disappointing..won't go back.

Perfection. Welcoming and inviting. From the moment I walked in, it was a welcoming experience. First, my server, Gabby, was so nice. She was attentive and left no stone unturned. Her attention to detail was awesome, but also she was genuinely nice and kind. She had a very large table but still kept an eye on us and made sure we were great! I’m not surprised though, because when I saw the manager, Alex, I remembered him from another location a few years ago. He was the nicest man then and he is so kind and nice now. I saw him consistently making his way from table to table and going around the restaurant making sure everything was on point. It clearly shows because literally everyone was so nice and made the experience memorable. The staff mirrored his excellence. I’ll definitely be making my way there again during the week; however, the brunch is a must as well.

If you do visit please ask for Gabby! She is amazing! It was my first tome here and I didn’t feel pressured ! She answered all of my questions When it came to the menu! I will definitely be back and i will request her again!

Our server Mundo was awesome. Nice guy. Friendly....great service. The quesadilla was the slightest bit dry but...you know...chicken. the Margarita on the other hand was perfect!!!
All in all, we love this place.
But let me spend about 30 seconds on the review. What did I get...what did I spend...where did we sit...really? Can't I just say it was great without the 300 questions? The review process takes away from the dining experience.

Ordered mojito, margarita and sangria. I like mojito.
Then the main order. We ordered CHICKEN FAJITA CHIMICHANGA (friend burrit), shrimp fajitas, chicken enchiladas. Food was good, but they were closing soon so we didn't order the dessert. Overall decent experience.

We don't know how the food was because the hostess was absent and when she finally showed up she ignored us and the other party completely. One of the party members asked if the empty table was theirs and the hostess seemed to answer shortly and with an attitude. You'd probably get better service from a fast food place.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Our orders were taken promptly, everything came out exactly as requested, and they checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive. Their positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. we’ll definitely be back!

Tabatha is the best!!! My best friend and I always feel so taken care of when she is our server! We never skip an opportunity to come to Matt’s. The food and service is always a 10/10!
