Rudest staff ever! Ordered 2 McGriddles and a coke. I reconfirmed the order of no egg and cheese and he came back with “I NEVER SAID EGG & CHEESE” in the rudest tone. Ok…move on to get my order and the girl at the window hands me the bag. I said that I had also ordered a medium coke and she said “no you didnt” I said I actually did but if he didn’t catch it then I would still like one and I can pay for it. She looked at me through her arms up and said “we are very busy!!!!” And refused to get me the coke! I literally had to drive across the street to Chick Fil A to get a coke and the staff was lovely. These 2 employees need some additional training on customer service.

This was my very first time visiting this location. I was overlooked and never assisted. I'm not technology very well learned. I didn't know how to use the kiosk, so I opted to seek counter assistance. I was totally ignored, never recognized or dressed as a customer standing waiting to be served. I usually use the drive-thru because most locations never address the customers 🙄 standing to receive counter service. Just about every location now only concentrate on the drive through customers and only address the Kiosk customers when they call their number to give them their orders and the just leave it sitting on the counter. There is extremely very rarely any true customer service greeting that takes place. Absolutely no eye contacts or smiles. This was one of the very worst I have gone to in weeks. I only went inside because the three participants of a school event asked to go here because it was just a little over a mile from Flower Mount High School. Would I ever patronize this location again only by drive-through, never the inside service again. Would I recommend this location absolutely 💯 NO!!! I'm not angry, truly I'm not just extremely disappointed. On a positive note, their french fries 🍟 were the best I've had in a while. They were fresh and 🔥. Not old dried and hard.

I gave him a 10 he gave me change for 5 I told him I gave him a ten .the receipt said I gave him a 10 he still said we only had one ten in drawer .I said your the one who is confused. So they gave me my change for 10 saying I'll just be 10 short.making me like they were doing me a favor.

Terrible location! Everytime I place an order, it’s never correct or something is missing plus tonight my sprite did not taste like a sprite, it taste like soda water. I asked for sweet and sour sauce twice for my nuggets and still never received it. I won’t be ordering from here anymore!! TERRIBLE!!!

If you want to deal with stupid people this is the McDonalds to go to! Bianca was taking my order and kept interrupting me an asking what drink I wanted when I wasn’t done ordering my burger! You’ll need to train your drive through people to learn to listen to the customer!

Just ordered breakfast and a diet Dr Pepper. There were literally two sips of drink and the cup was completely full of ice. I’ve had problems at this location with rude employees. There are other McDonald’s locations. I recommend passing this one.

This McDonald's is in a higher end neighborhood and well maintained. The food is fast food and well, it's McDonald's so you know what your going to get. Service is good, no attitude from employees and they keep the place clean.

I'm not a fast food person this is the McDonald's I go to. I always go through the drive-thru they were always so pleasant food is always hot and fresh. The sweet tea is out of this world if you're looking for a McDonald's I suggest you go here worth the trip

I really wish I was making this up but here's why it is set to a 1 star I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, fries,, and a sprite, paid for it, checked, seemed like everything was there, went to work, had lunch, the burgers were singles wrapped in double cheese burger wrap and the sprite had no flavor (was basically carbonated water). I think I got an unhappy meal and everything was sad. Check for sure you have everything before leaving the property. Unwrap that burger, check, sip the drink to be sure. Yes, I tried calling and was ignored so... everything sucked. That's it.
