In my frequent visits to this establishment for work, I have consistently ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and a drink. Recently, when inquiring about the price of a tea while paying cash and using the mobile app, I encountered a somewhat unpleasant interaction with the manager, a short Hispanic man.
Despite my apology for any misunderstanding, he responded in a condescending manner. I clarified that I had repeated my mobile code four times and had received my order, including the biscuit, which was not as soft as I had hoped.
To be considered a customer service representative, the manager should demonstrate greater empathy and understanding towards customers. It is evident that his attitude and communication style negatively impacted the experience. I believe that he would benefit from additional training to enhance his customer service skills.

Breakfast items tried include oatmeal, pancakes, hash brown, scrambled eggs and were very good. This restaurant includes a play area to keep the kids engaged

I’ve been going through the drive thru quite a bit lately because of the monopoly game, and I have to say the breakfast shift crew has been great! Giving chickfila a run for their money. Love the energy and it’s been a great start to the day. Quick, friendly, and hot coffee!

“Mánager” Carlos was very disrespectful, he wanted to mock me and he didn’t apologize after I confronted him. He’s so rude!! Definitely thought he would apologize but definitely didn’t ! Hopefully no one else gets disrespected but this rude so call “manager”

I ordered two McMuffins and two iced coffees, which should have cost around $10, but I was charged about $15. A meal would have actually been cheaper than ordering the items individually. The staff member at the billing counter seemed very busy and didn’t offer any suggestions for a better deal. On top of that, the iced coffees were missing the flavors I selected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this store.

A menu item I ordered was missing from my bag, and the food, especially the fries, were cold and stale. Since I used the drive through on my way to take lunch to my child's school, I didn't have the time or ability to correct it.

My husband had just got done with a procedure. He was Starving and loves McDonald's breakfast. This was by far the worst service I got. They lady taking orders was sooo rude. Made some nasty comments under her breath. After she read off the order to me. I corrected her about the order. I had ordered egg bacon and cheese bagel. She heard egg and steak bagel.
Considering my husband wasn't allowed to eat for 2 days. He was so hungry. The food should have tasted like heaven to someone who hadn't eaten in 2 days. It didnt. My egg bacon and cheese bagel looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Just absolutely gross. So needless to say I cant comment on what that tasted like. I wasnt going to eat it in the condition I got it. McDonald's has gone sooo down hill. I never stop and eat at McDonald's on my own because of that. My husband only wanted to stop there cause it was really the only fast food place right on our way home.
After this experience we are not stopping and spending any of our hard earned money at McDonald's again. My husband used to love them. I refuse to go somewhere where I get treated like crap for ordering. The lady got the order wrong. I was just telling her.
